fuck it im joining the war against self diagnosis on the side of self diagnosis. i think i have either anxiety or adhd or both tbh.
#my post#i just feel bad about being confident in saying it or saying it at all#cause what if im wrong. i dont want to be wrong :[#i just wanna know what the fuck is wrong with me that my mind is like this dude#why everything is so hard even when it isnt for other people at all. idek its hard to explain#somethings going on in my brain all thw time and it makes me feel so alienated and idk dude#ive been interested in psychology for years and im not a psych student or claiming to know anything for sure#but ive read about so many mental illnesses and other things both from professional and personal perspectives#and those two kinda feel. the most accurate hardcore question mark??#maybe theres something else going on. i cant afford a therapist let alone a psychologist to actually diagnose me#but all i know is SOMETHING is going on up there. it cant be nothing because people who arent mentally ill dont do what ive done in my life
