#maybe the context of reading this as someone from a one-dom-per-year flight

Note
(1) Depends on if it's "just not participating" vs "actively working against the flight"
(2) Actively sending fodder to the other side is a bit of a dick move, esp if your flight is coming in at a disadvantage (such as ice having drastically shortened prep time this last battle compared to water). Like at least use the flight AH maybe
(3) All for getting that money, but like, don't hurt the entire flight just to spite the dom team, I say as an ember who was 120% ready to jump ship a month ago bc of dom team issues (on the other hand, can one person Really do enough damage for this argument to hold much weight? probably not but). Dom is about getting benefits for the entire flight, not showing how much you do or do not get along with like 4 people on the site. At the very least it's not In The Spirit Of Things to try to make the other side win
honest questions: 1) do you guys think it's bad not to support your flight during a battle? 2) in answering that question, does it make a difference for you whether the person dumps the fodder on the ah to be picked up by anyone (thus leaving a 50% chance their flight would be the one exalting it anyway) or whether they send fodder to the opposite flight on purpose? like is the latter worse to you? is the former? or is it all the same? 3) do the motivations matter to you? would you feel more kindly towards someone whose primary motivation was disagreements with their flight's dom team/desire to support the other team vs. someone who simply chose to do what made them the most money?
ik everybody can do whatever they want all the time, it's a dragon game. i'm not asking whether you think anybody has the RIGHT to deny their flight support during a battle. nor am i asking because how these questions are answered changes what i plan to do next time my flight battles. i don't need personal validation. i'm just curious about how various people in the community think of these things
