Also like. My previous psych being confused as to why I tend not to eat normally or enough or whatever and me trying to figure out what the main reasons are and then realising that getting excruciating tummy aches after eating particular foods is definitely a huge contributor

#this morning I have eaten high protein vegan yoghurt w peaches and a vegan cream cheese bagel and an oat milk chai and #i am now in bed clutching my stomach lol #maybe that’s why I don’t eat bc it HURTSSSS
