#is it the end of the world or am i just peak period and extremely sleep deprived?#i know its the latter but MAN why does it always feel like when im finally at peace something happens and my entire world is crashing down#and i feel like i just took 20 steps back#doesnt help my friends death anniversary is only in 2 weeks and idk. i guess this is what ppl mean when they say#their depression/anxiety goes up when the death anniversary of a close one is soon#maybe ill yry to take a nap maybe that will help me feel a little better at least#i just want a hug tbh#a long. 20 minute hug
