Ok mostly i think the twist of a certain dude actually being another certain dude all along and probably being the next villain of the next game is kinda mehh

BUT

I do find it hilarious that now people are theorizing that this other group of dudes are named after the seven deadly sins and this dude's true name is literally Lust

Cos ohhhh boy the fandom was already ridiculously horny for him...

I dunno i just always find it weirdly gross with this guy cos he looks like a grandpa and everyone always ships him with really young people. And yeah i know that now its canon that his grey hairs are from being possessed by a grandpa but still now people are shipping him with THAT ACTUAL GRANDPA so it just ends up weird in the opposite way! Also 'dude is fuckin possessing me and manipulating me to kill my friends' is not a good basis for a ship, yo! I guess im kinda glad it was revealed this dude was actually not possessed and really some bigger bad all along who was doing the real manipulating. Like i guess at least now theyre both massive unsympathetic fucklords?? Srsly i do not understand that ship at all.

Also im sad cos thats TWICE this one particular character has bitchslapped me away from any chance of being sympathetic!

He used to be my fave in kh2 cos i just thought he was a sassy fun grandpa who assumedly genuinely cared about his friends.

BUT NO

not only is he NOT a grandpa but also he was THE ONLY ONE who willingly chose to work with mr fuckface and murder all his friends

And then like before kh3 came out people were theorizing about how maybe he didnt really willingly do it and he was already being possessed and manipulated but NOPE NONE OF THAT, EVEN WORSE THAN THAT

Nah he wasnt possessed only because he was actually an even bigger villain before the entire start of things, who enabled xehanort's evilness for his own plans and also is like 400 years old and never cared about his friends at all cos they were just random people he infiltrated to get to xehanort

Like dammit man is it too much to ask to just have a sassy gramp who love he friends!!! Yoy gave him such an inherantly likeable funny sassyness and now i cant enjoy it cos im just seething with hate every time i see him on screen. Theres nothing i hate more than a goddamn backstabber...

Ehh well at least my other gramp fave did indeed get a redemption so we're 1 for 1
