I hate rewatching movies" అంది. అప్పుడు నేను మా హిందీ ఫ్రెండ్ కి మాయాబజార్ గురించి చెబుతూ, మాయాబజార్ ని గనుక మళ్ళీ రిలీజ్ చేశారంటే తప్పక చూస్తానని అన్నాను. తర్వాత ఆ అమ్మాయిని అడిగాను (హిందీ అమ్మాయి కాదు. మొదట ఉన్న అమ్మాయి) (the one who hates rewatching) "మాయాబజార్ ఇష్టమా" అని. అప్పుడు అదేమో "వామ్మో, అస్సలు చూడనేలేదు" అంది. నేను నివ్వెరపోయి "ఏ మాయాబజార్ చూడలేదు?" అని అడిగాను. అప్పుడు అది "పాతది చూడలేదు, కొత్తది ఏమైనా ఉన్నా చూడేదు, ఫ్యూచర్ లో ఏమైనా వచ్చినా కూడా చూడను" అనింది.

"చూడకపోతే ఏడిసావులే ఫో" అనుకున్నాను.

Re-releaseల commercial stand point explain చేస్తాను: covid తర్వాత సినిమా హాళ్లు పూర్వ వైభవం పుంజుకోవతల్లేదు. Revenue almost 1/3rd అయోయింది. ఈ సమస్యకి పరిష్కారం re-release అని భావించి ఈ trend మొదలుపెట్టారు.
