WEEK NINE_ARTIST RESEARCH_MAX SLOBODDA

i love the feeling of these photos from Max Slobodda, a mix of dreams and nightmares almost. over stauration of blue and the glowing lights makes it feel like a flicker of a vision going past me. like in the blink of an eye, those glowing figures would disappear from my vision.

i was really inspired by this feeling and the treatment of the images themselves. the overexposure and glowing effects with the contrast of the dark background make me feel drawn to it and i want to have that type of effect in my images.

some of them also have blurred and out-of-focus backgrounds which i want to try on my images. i think it further pushes that feeling of being in a dream or a blurry vision.

i wonder if i could maybe add those flicking balls of light into my images?
