This has been stuck in my brain for a few days now, so I had to let it out. Mavik is @emmettnet's OC that is as smug as a tall bastard can be and as a, hm, villain, they are known, apart many other things, for elaborate structures they put their "pet" and victims in for their entertainment (be they real or just virtual reality mirages). So then this one neuron fires, remembering this song and MV:

And finally we arrive at those two ideas being smashed together and this is the page from my sketchbook, where Mavik wears Stromae-inspired clothes. Suits him, this pink violent bored torture-machine.

She's a light pastel purple deep sea dweller!! I like to add an extra quirk to my deep seas, so like how Maviks and the Sketii's can scream like trains, she can do a kind of blown out ventriloquism where she can throw not only her voice but 5 whole other ones. Shes very good with mimicry and her horns are similar to coral where they go even paler the worse she's doing health wise.

Sugar Jail Server 🍰🩷

Sugar Jail is a whump webcomic that I started in 2023 and am in the process of redrawing; my goal is to have the first volume done by the end of 2025.

In this dystopian modern society, President Mavik has decided the solution to world hunger isn't to eat the rich; it's to eat the prison inmates. More specifically, turn them into edible dessert people that can regenerate after being eaten. Volume 1 focuses on Logan's story, from inmate to Sugar Mate, and then escaped Sugar Mate, and finally...well, I won't spoil everything.

Are there other writer's OCs that you think your OC would really get along with?

Oh yes! Plenty! I really like writing collabs or playing RPs with my OCs. Many of my blorbos literally fell in love (and one got married - my Merah x his Sydney) to @rudasosna's babies. There are many weird, but also wholesome dynamics there. I am also writing a collab called Bejeweled with @hiding-in-the-shadows where my Agat, instead of being a High Priestess in Vermillion, is a Box Girl (romantic) of her Faye. My Eodum had a very interesting dynamic with @whumpshaped's Mitten, because of his complete lack of comprehension how humans often work mentally, much less so for little size-shifting beings like Mitten. I also like @emmettnet's beans a lot, and I can imagine a few good crossovers there. Like my Bashir and his Logan are both defiant whumpees who could be best buddies, with the comical contrast of their height (Logan is a short king, Bashir is tall and skinny). Emmett's Mavik is one of my fav wicked, unhinged characters and would create crazy dynamics with my blorbos like Setia, Dark Mizuu or Neemya. My Merah would be a perfect Caretaker for Sparrow from @sparrowsage's series "Warehouse". I'm still getting into more series and would probably see more alluring examples.
