yeah sure, whatever, maverick and blade had a lot going on sexually speaking (although they never had sex), but also their ""relationship"" (also not dating) was kind of soft on its own way.

('something' probably being a gory movie)#he gets comfy with lights off and he ends up falling asleep lmao. so he mostly had his head resting on blade's chest#while he was hugging him<3 and trying his best not to move. sure the urge to grab whatever he had close and make him bleed was there#but he was mostly 'aww cutie' and at least some of his murderous desires disappeared lmao. he would even kiss him a lil on his head#(mav doesn't know that). no wonder he acts like a scorned lover now he was literally his freak soulmate (extremely compatible) </3#the picture is really cute but just imagine these two watching some guy being beaten to death with a metal bat and a hammer#(and maybe not even a movie-- an actual video one of them acquired from the dark web!)#and being 'now things are getting spicy 😳' when most of his bones are broken but he can still scream in pain and things keep going#and mav randomly feels sleepy so he gets curled up next to blade and closes his eyes but the video is still playing#and the guy keeps screaming but now that's just background noise bc blade's like 'cute<3' and stops paying attention#oc talk#violence tw#lmao
