Your fitness transformation has been inspiring. What has been your workout and diet routine?
Awe thanks!! Right now I go to the gym like 6 days a week.
1 day each push/pull/legs
The other days are just for core
I do like 20 min of incline walking at the end of every workout & try to do another 30-45 min of walking after work
Diet I basically just spam protein & fiber as much as I can for every meal. I don’t drink as much anymore, avoid anything calorie dense unless it’s a special occasion. That’s what’s been working for me, but really everyone’s routine is gonna be a little different.
Don’t strive for perfection or anything too drastic. You’re better off making slower progress with a routine that’s sustainable for you long term
