Yo Won (Park Shin Hye) works at the marketing and sales department of a big company. Soo In (Kim Woo Bin) was originally raised by a single mom who owns a home for battered women. He received much love and care from his mother and her friends however he was later compelled to live with his father, a cold business man from the pharmaceutic industry. He despises his father as well as his obsession for money. Working as a pianist in an orchestra and seducing women with his musical skills, Soo In finds solace in sex but fears commitment, yet he longs for love.

With the help of Soo In, Yo Won is determined to find the original footage and drag the people behind it to the police station before anyone at work discover the video’s existence.

Spending time together due to their common goal, Soo In and Yo Won are forced to face the reasons behind the failure of their relationship.

Oh Yoo Ran (Park Shin Hye) is a prison inmate. She is offered a special pardon from the government when her father dies six days before her release date.

Oh Yoo Ran leaves the prison for the funeral hall. Her father was cold and distant and she did not get along well with him. Once there, she is introduced to a mysterious young man who knew her father. She wonders about his relationship with her family.

She keeps her head lowered and sits in a endless parade of funeral guests. The man comes to sit next to Yoo Ran. They stay silent for a long time. He then takes her hand into his. His skin is warm. Yoo Ran falls asleep against his shoulder. When she wakes up, the man is nowhere to be seen.

Yoo Ran moves back to her hometown, Gwangju, and lives at her mother’s. Things are tense within the family due to Yoo Ran’s return. She then finds a job at a flower shop through her aunt. The owner of the shop is Kang Ji Ha (Yoo Yeon Seok).

Kang Ji Ha is the man who held Yoo Ran’s hand at the funeral hall.
