I didn't realize I kin Matthew until I cosplayed him, and my dad jokingly and lovingly said "Hello Matthew" and my brain almost exploded with how right it felt. Since then I've figured out that I've kinned him for a while, and it explains some weird memories I thought were just very realistic daydreams. I'm actually kind of happy it was my dad that made me realize it (unintentionally or no) since the source material is something we both love. And he's a pretty cool bird, too. 🦅🌑🚬

To join in on the kin clothes talk, I’m in the process of making a feathered cape purely because of Matthew the raven from Sandman, and my whole wardrobe is a Venn diagram between “nice dressy office job” clothes my grandma gave me from her closet and “vintage hot mess time travelled here” clothes I got myself.
