MatrixCorridorTale

*An UnderTale AU by Raillison, which takes place in a post-pacifist timeline that happened after the True Pacifist ending in UnderTale, also entitled as UnderTale:The Derivation in its first season.

After the freedom of the monsters had finally taken over, years had passed due to the harmony they had with the humans on the surface. On the other hand, Frisk, the main protagonist takes a move after encountering a bizarre dream that they had,or much more as a nightmare. The salvation of everyone matters to them the most, so they knew they failed to save three people that needs it the most.

Since this au first takes place on the main universe, on the other hand, only Frisk and Sans knew the evolution of the Multiverse- infinite amount of different universes that evolved through the coexistences and ideas the creators have developed by knowing the main universe. Frisk knows there's something out there, waiting for them...

And deep in the "Multiversial Timeline Save Point",another person is operating and modifying the status and details of every universe.

Until...one time...

They noticed there's something wrong....

There's some kind of anomaly trying to intervene, and will be the reason why each and every other timeline began to shatter and be gone forever.

Frisk is convinced...

Will they save everything with that person?

Or will they let the whole Multiverse-including theirs, to collapse?

Different worlds...different timelines...different routes....

They're out there...no matter what kind of condition....

But still...

It's time to SAVE the Multiversial Worlds!

📌Matrix CorridorTale's story started after a completed True Pacifist Route wherein Frisk get to free all the monsters on the underground, the goal of their freedom is finally achieved. As the story progresses, it will continue like a sequel on how the story of UnderTale will continue once the monsters are on the Human Surface,but in an altered and complex way.

📌In the story, if you already reached the early chapters including the au's prologue that I posted, it all started wherein Frisk is determined to set their goals for freedom...not just for the monsters, but also for all, including Chara and Asriel, although Chara already stated that they can no longer be saved since they were gone a long time ago.

📌 I haven't really put in the main story yet, in the future chapters, Frisk will be assigned to save their universe from its hidden anomalous facade, wherein not only them- but also everyone else get to have the memories of their other side, Devastated Timeline(which implies to as the Genocide Route), even though Frisk haven't done any before. That includes Flowey's intervention on how he sees Frisk, and later on after a peculiar encounter he became Asriel again.

📌On the other hand, there was also the "mystical person", which I haven't revealed yet in the chapters, but will be revealed for later. "She" have slept for a millennium on a secret corridor across time and space, on a different universe- "her" power is absolutely unknown yet since it will be revealed for later.

But "her" name will be Ambetty, and that isn't even "her real name". She the one whom states to Frisk about their timeline's current situation, and is willing to help them all she can. She also states about the Multiversial Worlds, in which Frisk is learning about.

The range of all the different universes were under Ambetty's operation and guidance, as much as she surveys and depicts the status and range of the Multiversial Timelines.

📌The power of the SOULs have played a specific role on how the characters will act, including Frisk's red soul that caused Ambetty to be awakened from her hibernation, and Asriel to be back as himself again.

𝙸𝚗𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚕𝚞𝚍𝚎:𝙴𝚇𝙷𝙸𝙱𝙸𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽(Matrix CorridorTale Side Story)

(A/N: Make sure you already read the past story chapters, or atleast Chapter 3 part 1-3, so you would not get confused. This is only an INTERLUDE, or either an Intermission, a side story. But mostly and importantly, this is also part of the canon AU plot.)

⚠️This is highly related to Matrix CorridorTale Season One Part One Chapter 3:1-3, so just make sure you already read those before reading this.⚠️

"I'm at loss for words."

Frisk uttered at the middle of the mysterious corridor, wherein the magical golden flowers' petals get blown off my the breeze in some unknown direction.

*Isn't this across time and space?

The "person" giggled at them, as "she" gave a nonchalant sigh. "She" observed how confused the human is, then walked towards them.

"I ᴛʜɪɴᴋ I ᴋɴᴏᴡ ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ғᴇᴇʟɪɴɢ ɪs. Cᴏɴғᴜsɪᴏɴ, ɪs ɪᴛ ɴᴏᴛ?"

Frisk refused to answer, as they sat down on the magical golden flowers, and saw the reflection of themself. This is probably a dead-end for them, as they remembered the events from their timeline. And the nightmares and dreams they had.

"You just showed me...the different worlds...from the Multiverse...so that means, they are truly true,isn't it?"

They asked "her" in a much more confused tone.

The moment she entered the portal as she left Frisk behind, she gave a deep sigh of relief. She couldn't believe it.

She began to observe her body movements, as her physical matter feels so light and numb, vines on her legs as she continued to walk on groundless road across Time and Space. She couldn't identify what kind of power she had either. As she continued to move her legs to and fro, she felt uneasy, feeling her body sink in some unknown feeling she never felt before.

As she went on, she began to recollect the "evil memories" she had...right before her 'hibernation'. It made her body fall down slowly by slowly on the groundless floor, as the eerie sounds that came from nowhere began to fill her ears with terror.

It feels like...

Her physical body cannot handle the amount of magic enthralled at her as she 'hibernated'.

The wounds...

The bruises...

The scars...

The gashes...

All of it remained attached, as vines remained intertwined on her legs, flower petals began to shed off her as she weakly forced her body to crawl, leaving a golden flower trail.

She didn't even identify why and what power she had to open up a portal that would take her to this kind of place...some place that she did not embark before.

As she continued to crawl, the pain inside her becomes more excruciating- blood slowly dripping out from her mouth, as vines intertwined her with its thorns.

And the worst thing is...

The moment she gazed unto her own reflection down on the groundless floor, she saw herself starting to get distorted negatively, her body glitching. She could no longer get the moment to think but get confused and aghast at the same time.

She continued to crawl weakly, seeing the flower trail that she left. The glowing scars of the past began to glow...it caused the pain inside her to become more agonizing - as she clutched her head with both of her hands, screaming on such a high pitch;a scream so deafening and would send chills down to the bone and spine.

As blood drips from her mouth, she started to cough out the golden flower petals from inside of her.

It was too hopeless.

"ᴡʜᴀᴛ ɪs ᴛʜᴇ ᴘᴏɪɴᴛ ᴏғ ᴛʜᴇ "ʜᴜᴍᴀɴ" ᴡᴀᴋɪɴɢ ᴍᴇ ᴜᴘ..."

"ᴡʜᴇɴ I ᴡɪʟʟ ᴊᴜsᴛ ᴇɴᴅ ɪɴ ᴛʜɪs ᴋɪɴᴅ ᴏғ sɪᴛᴜᴀᴛɪᴏɴ..?"

As she continued, determined to keep her physical body thrive despite of it not able to handle the matter beyond Time and Space - she remembers her SOUL, the one thing that might make her survive...

As she gained a little bit of her HP, she wavered her finger a little bit then summoned her soul.

But...

She opened her eyes widely...

"ɴᴏ..."

"ɴᴏᴛ ᴛʜɪs ᴛᴏᴏ..."

She couldn't believe it.

Her SOUL...

Her once colorful, rainbow soul...

Became gray...lifeless...

And DISTORTED.

She finally came up with the truth...

That maybe...

Maybe...

Trying to keep herself hibernated on the magical golden flowers...

Truly is an unpleasant idea...

She lied there, lifelessly breathing, as her eyes were affixed on the golden flower trail that she left, her mind under some unfixable mess.

She couldn't hear anything else but the eerie sounds.

Hoping that someone would come...

Hoping that someone would save her...

Hoping that someone might reach out to her...

She hopelessly prayed...struggling to even fe anything but pain..pain...and only pain.

There is nothing left for her...that's all she thought.

The only thing that remains is DESPAIR.

Not until...

She felt something uncanny on that place...

As she raised her head upwards, she could recognize something.

A grey child with eyeless sockets and black hair reached down to her, with a curious smile.

"𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘰, 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘷𝘰𝘳."

A small beam came out of the child's face, as they reached out to her. She refused to look up at the child once again, as she saw the distorted reflection she had.

The child gazed at the lady, their eyesockets narrowed a little bit as she refused to get a glimpse of their appearance.

"𝘋𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘦. 𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘺𝘰𝘶."

As the child uttered those words,they recognized the flower trail that she left and gave a soft sigh.

"𝘠𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘧𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘴, 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶?"

"ʏ-ʏᴇs...I ᴀᴍ.."

"𝘘𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘐𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳. 𝘐 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘢 𝘴𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘐 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦, 𝘐 𝘴𝘢𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶."

"ʏᴇs...ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴡᴀs ᴍᴇ..."

As the child observed the girl's appearance, it seems like her legs are intertwined by the vines, and the flowers came off from her skin, which only means she must've been attached to some sort of unidentified magic for a long period of time.

"𝘗𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘶𝘱. 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘰 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐'𝘮 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘮 𝘺𝘰𝘶."

The child uttered as they gave a slight beam. She then gave a frail nod - bending her legs which is intertwined with the vines, as her body shivered as she tried to get up.

The child looked down at her, and observe her condition.

As she continued to get up all by herself, flower petals shed off her skin - sensing her SOUL and body glitch all together. The moment she finally got to stand up, the flower trail disappeared, so are the vines that are intertwined on her legs.

She continued to tremble, her body shaking, as she looked down at the child, her eyes unable to be seen due to how gloomy her face is.

"𝘐𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩, 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘺𝘰𝘶."

The child gave a light beam at her, causing her to become confused.

"Hᴇʟᴘ ᴍᴇ? Yᴏᴜ ᴄᴀɴ ʜᴇʟᴘ ᴍᴇ...?"

The child gave out a slight nod, as the surroudings suddenly turned out pitch white.

She never encountered something like this before...not even on who she used to be in the past... physically.

As the child reached out to her, she held the little child's tiny hand.

"𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦. 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘺𝘰𝘶."

She gave nod as the child muttered those words, then they both proceeded to walk towards the flashing light.

She closed her eyes, as she felt something... indescribable.

And at the moment she opened it, she couldn't believe what just appeared on her sight.

An unknown place...which seems to be a paradise, wherein the skies are blue, the green grass are on the ground and different people can be seen...people she isn't even familiar with.

As her eyes continued to gaze on the unbelievable place she is right now, she felt her body stop shivering. She never saw the blue sky nor the green grass for a very long time, nor the noises and sounds of different people walking around her.

"𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘖𝘔𝘌𝘎𝘈 𝘛𝘐𝘔𝘌𝘓𝘐𝘕𝘌! 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘦'𝘴 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯."

The child raised their arms up as they opened their palms wide, continued to guide her.

"𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘴, 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴."

She looked down at the child, as she gave a soft smile, a smile that she haven't done for thousands of years.

As they both explored the OMEGA TIMELINE, she could see the different people over and over again...and they seem to be just different versions of each others, like she imagined of a person meeting his/her other side. They were happily hanging out, joyfully and lively bonding and interacting with each other.

"Tʜɪs ᴘʟᴀᴄᴇ...ɪᴛs sᴏ ᴘᴇʀғᴇᴄᴛ..."

Words uttered out from her mouth as she couldn't help but to get overwhelmed by the peaceful atmosphere. She never felt so peaceful as this before.

"𝘐𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰, 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘺𝘰𝘶. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘐 𝘴𝘢𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶,𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴, 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦."

She gave a look of...whatever feeling it is.. happiness...if it's called, down at the child.

"I ɢʀᴀɴᴛ ʏᴏᴜ ᴍʏ ɢʀᴀᴛɪᴛᴜᴅᴇ ғᴏʀ ᴇᴛᴇʀɴɪᴛʏ, ʏᴏᴜɴɢ ᴏɴᴇ."

The child nodded at her, as they gave a smile.

"𝘔𝘺 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘊𝘖𝘙𝘌!𝘍𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘬, 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘐'𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘦 𝘍𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘬.", the child introduced themself properly at her.

Hearing those words...Frisk...looks like this child also has the same name with the human that woke her from her 'hibernation'. Since that human's SOUL is powerful enough to wake her up, maybe this human must be another version of that another child. She could sense the great power the grey child had.

"Pʟᴇᴀsᴜʀᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴍᴇᴇᴛ ʏᴏᴜ, Fʀɪsᴋ."

She replied, as she realised it might be her turn to introduce her name...her name? No...she couldn't remember anything. She couldn't remember her name at all. The only thing that is ringing at her ears right now are the screams of...someone...mentioning that name of hers...but right now...she couldn't put the reminiscence of her name at all.

"𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭, 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴? 𝘐𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘮 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘐 𝘴𝘢𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮..."

"ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴅɪᴅ ʏᴏᴜ ᴅᴏ ᴛʜᴇɴ ᴛᴏ ᴍᴀᴋᴇ ʏᴏᴜ ᴋɴᴏᴡ ᴡɪᴛʜᴏᴜᴛ ᴛʜᴇᴍ ᴛᴇʟʟɪɴɢ ᴛʜᴇɪʀ ᴛʀᴜᴇ ɴᴀᴍᴇ?"

"𝘐 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦...𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘴, 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘴."

She harkened the words of CORE!Frisk carefully. Maybe she could allow them to create one for her...too.

"𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦,𝘮𝘢'𝘢𝘮...𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦...𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘢𝘴 "𝘏𝘪. 𝘐 𝘢𝘮...𝘉𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘺?" 𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘱𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥."

She listens to Core's words once more...until that phrase with the name came out of their mouth. It then gave her an idea.

"I ғɪɴᴀʟʟʏ ᴋɴᴏᴡ ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴛᴏ ᴄᴀʟʟ ᴍʏsᴇʟғ..."

"𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘵, 𝘮𝘢'𝘢𝘮?"

"Aᴍʙᴇᴛᴛʏ...ᴍʏ ɴᴀᴍᴇ ᴡɪʟʟ ʙᴇ ᴀᴍʙᴇᴛᴛʏ..."
