Let’s check out some of the key steps that you need to take while planning everything for the cake smash photography in Woodland Hills, CA.
Determine the Date:
First, you need to decide when you'd like to have the cake smash. Generally, most parents choose a date a few weeks before their child's actual birthday to have the photos for celebration.
Choose a Theme:
Now, the next thing is to choose a theme that perfectly represents your child’s personality. For inspiration and new ideas, you can go through Pinterest. It’ll work as your best friend, and it shares unique and trendy ideas.
Select a Color Palette:
Once you narrow down the theme of a birthday party, it’s time for you to select a color palette that complements your theme. This will help you coordinate the overall look of cake smash photography in Woodland Hills, CA.

Most of the newborn babies have never experienced anything like a cake smash before. So, it will be an overwhelming and exciting experience for the baby to get their hands on cake for the first time. Thus, it is important to make your little baby comfortable with the cake and get the best picture clicked at the right time.
A cake smash photographer in Calabasas, CA, must make sure to settle down the baby and allow them some time to get comfortable with the surroundings and the cake.
Bring Out the Cake:
Once your baby is comfortable with the cake and surroundings. It’’s time to open the cake and hand them a wooden spoon that they can use to smash, eat, and play with the cake. Don’t worry about the mess they create; let them play with the cake! This is one of the fun and exciting parts of the cake smash photography.
Furthermore, following the cake smash photography. Your baby will enjoy the bubble bath session. Your cake smash photographer in Los Angeles, CA, will take pictures without missing any moment.
How to Prepare Your Baby for Cake Smash Photography
Let’s check out some tips that help you prepare your little one for the cake smash photography in Woodland Hills, CA:
Try to plan the photoshoot for a time when your child is typically in good spirits. Avoid scheduling it during nap time.
Make baby feel comfortable by bringing their favorite toy.
Ensure baby has a full stomach and is hydrated enough, as this will help reduce the chances of a child getting cranky.
Children always take some time to warm up to new experiences, so you must be patient enough and let your child explore the cake at their pace.
Before the photography session, the photographer must be aware of the child's likes and dislikes. For example, if your little one is sensitive to noises, then you must let the cake smash photographer in Calabasas, CA, know about it.
Conclusion
To conclude, a cake smash photoshoot is a fun, unique, and exciting way to celebrate your child's first birthday. With little preparation and the help of a cake smash photographer in Los Angeles, CA, you can have a memorable photoshoot of your baby that will be cherished forever.

MATERNITY photos: Paramount Ranch, Los Angeles, CA
Living in Southern California you get so many opportunities to photograph clients in interesting locations. Today I will be sharing maternity photos: Paramount Ranch, Los Angeles, CA. Lights, camera, action! This place was used for movies!! So LA of us 🙂
This was their first pregnancy! So it was important for them to document it. I thank them for the location suggestion! We tried to use as much nature around us as possible and get that golden glow light!
Sometimes people get the jitters and that’s ok. It can be scary to be in front of the camera. So I always try to just converse and put them at ease so they feel like we are just hanging out and I just happen to push a button from time to time. That’s when you get their real personalities and those natural laughs and smiles 😉 This is my chance at open mic night 😉
So Paramount Ranch has as I mentioned lots of nature. People come to do hikes and I think you can horseback as well! I remember seeing a stable in front of the parking area. There are a lot of meadows and hills so it makes you feel like you are in Montana and not Malibu! Just make sure you get the timing on lighting correct, because the sun will hide behind the hills earlier than said sunset time 😉
Have I mentioned I love trees? Love them! Love using light through them! Since she was pregnant I didn’t have her sit on them, although if I remember correctly I think we might have tried. But as always, SAFETY FIRST!
Once they were all warmed up in front of the camera they shared with me how excited they are about having their first child together! A baby boy! So the hubs was very excited to have his mini me!

About US
Kristinka is an award winning internationally featured fine art photographer based in Menifee, California between Los Angeles and San Diego. Her newborn and maternity photography is innovative and fresh. Kristinka focuses on stunning photography sessions uniquely design for each client.
I LOVE photography because it speaks, it shows, it causes us to feel and remember something truly breathtaking. With my amazing girls every chance we get to take out old photo albums and take a journey in the past, it truly is like a rollercoaster of joy, happiness, merry and happy tears.
Is your family dreading family pictures? Do you try to snap a picture of everyone and no one listen? Don't worry, because I promise this will be nothing like that! We will get that one picture, the one of the whole family looking at the camera and smiling. I do love a good smiling picture, that you can print the perfect canvas of, put it on a card and give it to the grandparents. But we will also get so much more!
I want to capture your family as they really are. We don't normally just stand around smiling at the camera, so I aim to capture real emotions and connections; those little moments and details you wish you could hold on to as your kids grow up.

Miguel: I am from El Monte, California. El Monte is pretty much a suburb East of East LA; that’s what I like to say.
Louie: Any siblings?
Miguel: I’m the oldest one. It’s just two of us – my sister and I. My sister and I are best friends. We have always been good friends from the beginning to end and now. Louie: So what was high school like?
Miguel: When I was in high school, I was very “out” in my little circle of friends, the five or six of us, and we were all gay. We were all “closeted” outside of our little group but it was very obvious looking back. I started our (school’s) first Gay/Straight Alliance. Then I went to college and there I was a very public gay, very politically and very loud about it. But when I came home, I was very…we didn’t talk about it. I didn’t really “come out.” I was very “out” in public but at home, I was very “in.”
I remember I had a friend that was older and he told me, “You don’t have to rush to come out. You can come out whenever you think you want to with whomever you want to.” So I kinda kept going with that until the point when it was almost a big problem. I was almost living two different lives, two different personas. But looking back, it was very obviously that I was gay. I remember having a conversation with my dad in Spanish, I was like, “Dad, I’m gay.” And he goes, “Yeah, yeah, we’ve known – your mother and I . It’s no surprise.” I didn’t know how we was going to react or what he was going to say but then he told me that he grew up on a farm, an egg farm with hens and sometimes they’d need roosters. He goes, “And we had the rooster and sometimes they’d be some roosters who hung out with other roosters. They wouldn’t want to hang out with the hens and that’s nature. These things happen. We didn’t dislike the rooster because they hung out with other roosters. Don’t worry about it, you’re still my son. That’s not going to change.” And I was like “Whoa!”
Louie: So you’re a lingerie designer. That must make for some great conversation starters.
Miguel: Every time!
Louie: How did that come about?
Miguel: It is destiny? I never put myself out there to become a lingerie designer. It kinda came to me in a way. I went to fashion school after college and then I was a designer for a maternity/ children’s company. It wasn’t doing so good, it was during the recession. I made a switch because I needed to get a job somewhere else and I got a job doing production where I am right now. Then I slowly went through the ranks and now I am the Creative Director/Designer, for seven yeah now.
And ya know, I know bras and panties really well. Like REALLY well. When we were kids, to make ends meet, my mom and I would go downtown, on the bus, over an hour on the bus in the summer. And however much I could physically carry and she could carry, that’s how much we bought in bras and panties. She would sell them at work or people she knew, ladies around the neighborhood to get that little extra bit to literally make ends meet. So when I was in middle school, I knew all of the girls’ bra sizes. That was kinda funny. Now we go to the same shops and sure enough, the same stores, same owners are there. I will walk in with my mom and there are the bras and panties that I designed in the same store we shopped from years ago to make ends meet.

Why I, As A Mother Decide on Co
A wedding celebration is actually an incredibly pleased as well as occurring event for everyone in your home. I would love to make certain that I am going to certainly not waste time to reveal my respect, affection and appreciation to my mommy. March gave the mom herbal tea as well as tough, as well as sustained her along with assurances of help, while she dressed the little bit of baby as tenderly as if it had been her personal. I would certainly make an effort to ring-fence her participation if you have to go ahead along with the wedding along with your mama conducting this. About a year after my mom passed away, I felt something rousing within me-a wish to find my papa. Our team know the real record of exactly how Hiccup sheds his mom and Hiccough themselves discovers that factors are actually certainly not allows what they appear. The girl's personal mom bore the child for her little girl, that was unable to bear kids from her own considering that she possessed no womb. This found in favor of the mommy relating to the element pertaining to healthcare considering that the daddy decideded not to listen the issues and also suggestions from the youngster's medical and mental wellness specialists. Julie likewise wishes to introduce that her mama will certainly stay at home as well as quit working abroad. One of the most striking discovery among them was the skeleton of a youthful mom looking down at a youngster cradled in her arms. Rachel's initial example: Rachel reminded her mom that when the 'Hello Kitty' craze occurred a couple of years back, Rachel was already an elderly in secondary school, 18 years of ages. The mama and also youngster lived with the mother's moms and dads for roughly four and also one-half years commencing not long after the youngster's birth and it seemed from the documentation showed that a considerable connect created in between the little one and also the maternal grandparents. The Cook acquires an inn in Utrecht as well as proposes to Mama Nerve that she run it with him, yet decideds not to harbour Kattrin. Iona Opie, considered the authorization on Lukas-Excercisesblog.Fr the Mommy Goose tradition, performs certainly not provide support to either Elwes, Thomas nor the Boston presumptions. As the baby nurses breast milk, he or she not only obtains in health, yet also gets accustomed along with the love-filled connect that exists in between the little one and also his/her mom. There is actually just one from all of them remaining yet he still survives the cattle ranch outside Susanville, CA. I always feel a link with the people in the outdated images also. One thing that my currently 14 year old little girl fell madly in love with at around age 12 are actually bathtub and also physical body items. Baseding on TMZ, the former housekeeper and mom from Schwarzenegger's love kid lives a number of hrs away from Los Angeles with Schwarzenegger's boy and also her three other kids. A really good rule of thumb is actually making sure that all from the bridal gathering gowns, including the mom from the new bride, are logical with each other, as well as will look great with each other in those memorable photographs. House gos to as well as follow-up counselling companies after the mom has actually been discharged from the hospital are actually crucial.

Charlottesville’s city council voted to shroud its statues of Confederate Generals Robert E. Lee and Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson in black fabric following the murder of anti-fascist campaigner Heather Heyer at the Unite the Right rally. Confederate memorials were recently removed from the University of Texas, Woodlawn Cemetery at West Palm Beach, a public park in Helena, Montana, and various locations throughout New York City. The Beauvoir, the Jefferson Davis Home and Presidential Library, announced its willingness to take any Confederate memorials removed by “any city or jurisdiction” across the US.
President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump declined to attend the upcoming annual Kennedy Center Honors in “order to allow the honorees to celebrate without any political distraction,” according to a press statement from the White House. Honorees Carmen de Lavallade and Norman Lear both stated that they planned to boycott the event.
Lonnie G. Bunch III, the founding director of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture, published a statement in the wake of the deadly clashes at Charlottesville, reiterating the museum’s mission “of bringing history — with all of its pain and its promise — front and center.” “It is not surprising … to find that the dedication of Confederate monuments spiked in two distinct time periods,” Bunch’s statement reads. “The first encompassed the years when states were passing Jim Crow laws disenfranchising African Americans and the second corresponds to the modern civil rights movement. These monuments are symbols that tell us less about the actual Civil War but more about the uncivil peace that followed.”
All 17 private members of the President’s Committee on the Arts and Humanities resigned, condemning Trump’s “support of the hate groups and terrorists who killed and injured fellow Americans in Charlottesville.”
The Village Voice announced that it will end its print publication.
The New-York Historical Society announced an exhibition of over 40 works by illustrator and miniaturist Arthur Szyk (1894–1951). The Polish-Jewish artist is best known for his caricatures of the Nazis and the other Axis power leaders, many of which were commissioned as posters and pamphlets during World War II.

Islamic extremist Ahmad al-Faqi al-Mahdi was held liable for €2.7 million (~$3.2 million) in damages by the International Criminal Court for the destruction of nine centuries-old mausoleums and the Sidi Yahia mosque in Timbuktu — the first such ruling by the court for an act of cultural destruction.
Kassel city councilman Thomas Materner, a member of the far-right party AfD (Alternative für Deutschland), threatened to organize protests should the city acquire Olu Oguibe’s Documenta 14 art work, “Das Fremdlinge und Flüchtlinge” (“Monument for Strangers and Refugees”), an obelisk dedicated to refugees. Materner described the sculpture as “degenerate art,” a term used by the Nazis to characterize modernist art.
Cambridge University Press came under intense criticism for complying with a request from China to block access to over 300 articles from The China Quarterly. Access to the articles has since been reinstated according to an announcement by the Quarterly‘s editor, Tim Pringle.
Over 40 Portuguese photographers pledged to reject exhibition opportunities or funding from the Israeli state until the country “complies with international law and respects the human rights of Palestinians.”
The International Foundation for Art Research identified four fake Jackson Pollock paintings, each of which was attributed to the collection of the likely fictitious James Brennerman — an “insane recluse” who supposedly gave his collection away to his servants.
Richard Pearson, a con artist who forged works in the style of Norman Cornish (1919–2014), was sentenced to three years and seven months in prison. Pearson was ordered to pay a nominal sum of £1, a penalty that will increase should he come into possession of any new assets.
Two specialists verified a work by John Constable for the BBC’s Fake or Fortune? program. The show’s co-presenter, art dealer Philip Mould, previously owned the painting — then dismissed as a fake — but was unable to authenticate the work at the time.
A family damaged an 800-year-old coffin at the Prittlewell Priory Museum in Southend, Essex, after lifting their child over it in order to pose for a photograph. According to the Guardian, the family left the museum without reporting the damage.
