ohh boy, do I??

Being parents leads to them finally figuring out how to have a work life balance, for one thing.

When Emel-Din is first born they spend a good chunk of time just staring at him in fascination that wow, there's a whole person here.

They introduce him to the gang as ‘the newest member of the Alliance’ because they are massive NERDS.

Theron is a good actor and is great at pretend play, and doing all the voices when he reads to them. He can be overly dramatic and the kids love it.

Alae'ra thinks her parents are very embarrassing (they also play into this), doesn't understand how they’re supposed to be these galactic heroes but they’re just so uncool. 

Obviously work does send them away at times (very rarely will they both have to go though), Yalla'ra will holo back after about five minutes, Theron can last a bit longer...maybe about ten. 

The kids don't learn Miralukese - really even though its it's Yalla'ra's first language it's slipped a lot for her too as it's used so rarely away from Alpheridies - but she teaches them the important words and phrases, and things like the festivals and cooking so they can still be cultural Miraluka.

(Theron also learns embroidery and maskcraft skills for their masking ceremonies. He's pretty nimble so Yalla'ra worries he's becoming better at it than she is.)

Yalla'ra decides that making a child laugh is definitely an appropriate use of the force.

They are both very conscious of the amount of steep drops around the galaxy once they have toddlers WHY ARE THERE SO FEW HANDRAILS.

Alae'ra does the >:( face when she's cross (picture Theron vs Scorpio or Saresh, it's that face on a 4 year old). Unfortunately for her she is adorable and it is very difficult for her parents not to laugh.

OC fact for an OC fact. My Knight learned spycraft from the former Watcher One and SIS agent Galen during the time from Forged Alliances to Shadow of Revan. She did her own investigation into Darok which led to a three way pileup on Manaan between her, Theron and his recruits and Lana and her recruits.

She's so busy! Imagine that must been at bit messy at first with all of them :D

Fact about my knight Yalla'ra - she doesn't often visit her homeworld so has lost the language a bit, but the culture is still important to her and she tries to keep this alive as she travels. So she's fairly artistic, particularly with embroidery as taught by both her parents for maskcraft - and it's important for her to pass this on as well

This mask always hangs on my wall in my sleeping room, always reminding me who I am and why I am here. It ibsolutely unique, designed from a scratch, maybe I was a little bit inspired by Alien and Predator movies, also Guillermo Del Toro’s films had a huge impact on me.
