DIY Permaculture PVC Two Way Split Underground Worm Farm
Getting the fastest possible growth in a pest free vegetable garden is the ultimate goal when growing food and an underground worm farm can really help with that.
This style of worm farm is designed to reach further in the garden than traditional underground worm farms.
You could make them much longer, as long as you had t-sections with extra vertical pipes to allow oxygen to pass along the pipe. Reason being is, worms need to breath.

New Asian Leafy Greens Seeds Arrive to Marty's Garden
I love to grow food, as I 100% believe fresh is best in every way. This grow season I have decided to step out and grow a new range of Asian greens such as Mizuna, Egyptian spinach and Perilla tia to. All of these plants are amazing in their own right and can be used in a variety of ways. Who knows, they may even make great products in the future that I can sell to restaurants. Super Health Food Fodder for Backyard Chickens
This just may be as good as wild food, because at certain times of the year it's almost impossible for the chickens to hunt, especially in the colder months when insects are more dormant and grass growth is at a bare minimum. That's why I highly recommend you grow them a mixture of wheatgrass, oats and barley.
This way they get enough green food for their gut and the extra vitamins and minerals that they require.

Martys Zesty Microgreens Omelette Recipe
Micro Herbs / Microgreens are truly amazing in a wide variety of dishes and the omelette is one of the quickest ways to cook them other than eating them fresh. Many restaurants only use them as a garnish, because they are expensive, but when you grow them yourself, they are very cheap and you can use them in a wide variety of dishes.
In this playlist for Marty's Kitchen, I plan to provide a wide variety of dishes on the show, so you can use them to serve up amazing food at home, straight from the garden.

Compost From A Chicken Coop is Awesome
Collecting compost from the chicken coop is a wonderful way to save money and create one of the best composts around. This compost can be used in so many ways, such as around the vegetable garden, in pots, containers and even as a bedding for the worm farm.

Why Lizards Are Important In The Vegetable Garden
In a natural organic vegetable a balance is needed for all animals and insects. Once this balance is in place you very rarely have any pests, disease or major issues.
Vegetables and fruits will bloom and your kitchen plate would of never looked better.
Lizard play a large part in this as they love to eat all types of insects, even the ones that eat your plants and carry disease. Lizards of all sizes should be welcome and you can do this by creating lots of natural hiding places where they can feel safe from predators.
