The move actually did happen recently, I'm still settling in but it's already much better than where I was.

I'm really surprised someone would want to just tip me that's so sweet, I appreciate it a lot even if you don't feel the need to anymore since the move has been done, though there are still expenses I'll have to take care of (New state ID and license) but regardless the fact you even considered it enough to send a message means a ton, thank you!
