The concept of cuddling was still very foreign to her, simply because she had grown up in an environment that only taught her hostility and solitude. It was because of her upbringing that she had special soft spot for children; she wanted to be there for them since she knew how cold it had been when she had no one to turn to when she needed it. 

Still, she hugged him tenderly, doing her best to chase away his fears and nightmares.

A peacefull, brightfull day came upon, once again......

Things were going smooth and well, as always...

The scents, the environment, the view, everything was just as mononous, and usual, as ever....

The reddette took the day off, early, to take a slow walk around the village...and walked more than usual...and ended up reaching the entrance gate....

At the gate was a little child, who seemed panicked...and alone...all by himself...

The pregnant reddette aproached him, with a warm gaze,.patting his head.....

Quality time with the little nephew ll @markuselric

Having just returned from a short trip to the East. Al had been more than glad to come back to the place he called home so affectionately. Both Edward and Winry had assured him several times is was fine if he decided to stay for a couple of weeks. They'd specifically said they had missed him too much for him to be a bother now. So, after the tenth time of hearing that repeated, he had finally accepted their invitation. One other plus that came with it, was that he would have more time to spend with their little three year old. Get to know the kid a bit more. Because it wouldn't do if the little guy didn't know his uncle because he was never there. So, whenever Ed and Winry had somewhere to go, Al offered to babysit. The first time, his brother had laughed and told the younger Elric he had always had a soft spot for children, and would surely make a great father one day. But that aside, this was one of the days the parents were both kept busy, so Markus had been temporarily left to his watch. At the moment he was sleeping, so things were quiet. Meaning the blonde was slowly starting to nod off.
