5Fold Shuffle: Just Some Raps & Stuff
A few words on the works represented here… R.A.P. Music is an absolute must-have. Masta Ace on some MF Doom beats is really cool and all but it would have been better had it been new DOOM productions. You already know how I feel about the Mary J. Blige…

Marium Echo debuts new band "Moawnin Gumbo"
Vocalist Supreme, Marium Echo set to perform with a new collaborative title "Moawnin Gumbo". Support your local artistry. Below is the text from her personal Facebook invite:
"This is a show put together by Marium Echo, Quincy Cole, Chaun Williams and Will Curtis because we needed an outlet to let our creativity flow through song. The show is a fusion of jazz, funk, rock and r&b with a mix of original music as well as our spin on our favorite covers of all genres. It is a non stop musical experience from 9-12 with great drink specials all night. Come see what the Houston Press is talking out and come to have good time in the process. Doors open at 8 and the music starts at 9 regular peoples time lol. I hope to see you there!!!! $10 at the door, you don't want to miss this show!!"
