F/M Couples
Round 1
About Lucivar and Marian :
At first I didn’t care for the ship one way or the other. Lucivar was a bachelor for the first two books then all of a sudden the 3rd book takes place after a time-skip and he’s married and he and Marian have a baby. It was a little jarring. But then the author published a spin-off anthology of side stories to the main trilogy and told us Lucivar and Marian’s whole story, and it was beautiful. They each helped each other heal from their respective traumas and are wonderful together. I love them more than the main ship!

Top 5 Pairings
Thanks for the tag @joufancyhuh
1. Hawke and Varric, always.
2. Rose and Varric because dear gods I love that bunch. Also, I was not kidding when I said always. I think I’ve read almost every Varric x Hawke on Ao3.
3. Rick and Evie O’Connell, my first OTP
4. Marian and Lucivar Yaslana, Black Jewels universe by Anne Bishop
5. Lili and Darkness, from Legend. Like yeah this one makes me question my morals but meh. I am a child of the 80s (barely).

Note
What is your favorite NonBioware ship?
Hmm. Rick and Evie from The Mummy. Lucivar and Marian from the Black Jewels. I have a favorite ship for pretty much everything I watch and read, some of them are even canon lol I also multi-ship a lot characters, the best example being the Witcher. Geralt x Jaskier/Dandelion. Geralt x Yen. Geralt x Triss. Geralt x Polyship. Geralt x Regis. Toss some love to your witcher.
I wasn't allowed to watch Star Wars until I was older, about Moose's current age actually. I loved Leia x Luke. The princess and the farm boy! Just like a fairytale! Until Return of the Jedi. I remember the absolute horror and disgust tiny me felt like it was yesterday. Not every ship is meant to last but oh did I get angry about what they did to Han and Leia in the movies.
Bring forth the Armada.
