This is super late since she already won Round 1, but just so you know: the propaganda for Musidora isn't Musidora. The "batty lady" described in the text, and shown in the clip, is Stacia Napierkowska as Marfa Koutiloff in Les Vampires.
Musidora's also in Les Vampires as Irma Vep, and is also arguably scrungly, but not in such a batty way.
HNGGGGGGG A CRISIS this is VOTER FRAUD
