One month away from my 1 year surgiversary. Last year for Christmas I gave my body a huge push towards better health. This past year has been an adventure in getting healthy. I haven't always done what the doctor prescribed, but I'm living a healthier, less painful life. Definitely a more active life. I thought this weekend was going to be low key. Nope. 1 year blood tests, protein packed Starbucks breakfast and a trip to Merced today. I wouldn't have it any other way. Do you, for you.
