We took a fun trip to Marceline, MO., known as the Boyhood Home of Walt Disney. As an adult, Walt said, "To tell the truth, more things of importance happened to me in Marceline than have happened since - or is likely to in the future." His time growing up in Marceline was a creative turning point for him. Walt spent a lot time under his Dreaming Tree on the family farm, gaining inspiration from everything around him. If you're a Disney fan, make the effort to go to Marceline, and walk where Walt walked.
