Kamayan sa bukid: I always enjoy eating with my hands when I have the opportunity. Now that I've returned for a visit to see friends in the mountains, we are enjoying finger-licking good meals every day. This was my first time to enjoy this fish, called manumsi, steamed in banana leaves and finished with calamansi and sili (chili). After digesting our lunch, we enjoyed a quick swim in the cool, refreshing river. What a relaxing day using all our senses to enjoy creation: fellowship with others surrounded by the beauty of the natural world.
