PNL, Hipnosis, Meditaciones: "Cómo Experimentar Momentáneamente una Mente Universal"

Mi maestro, siguió diciéndome…

“Tú, ahora tienes tristeza, eso -y cualquiera otra emoción negativa- altera más tu mente ya alterada. Cuando te liberas de ellas (emociones negativas), tu mente empieza a funcionar de manera más natural y competente. Y puede resolver sus problemas con soluciones eficientes y universales

“Tienes que quitar esa tristeza (y toda otra emoción negativa), si quieres que ella entienda mejor, y que se acerque a su estado NATURAL DE PODER, y te solucione la vida.

“Esa (y toda otra) emoción negativa , impide que tu mente despliegue las sus alas, como un cóndor y volar alto, con las capacidades PODEROSAS QUE TIENE.

“El cóndor vuela naturalmente sin problemas, no duda que pueda volar hasta casi los límites de la atmósfera terrestre , y ver la curvatura de la tierra, sin temor alguno, de manera espontánea, porque nadie le ha dicho que no puede. Nadie le ha limitado su capacidad con ideas erróneas.

“Las emociones te atrapan más aun en esa jaula. Pero no solo la emoción, sino los otros barrotes que mencioné, que entre todos, constituyen esa terrible prisión- jaula. De tu mente y de tu vida.

“Y, esta es la condición de los miles de millones de personas del mundo.

“Pero todo -me dijo-, comienza con el estudio y aplicación de los 8 Códigos de la Vida. Como tu estás haciendo. No hay otro camino. Los demás caminos son solo desvíos y retrasos.

“El trabajo de tu vida será recuperar esa mente”.

Ahora, que soy un adulto, entiendo la razón por qué innatamente, hay tantas neuronas disponibles en el cerebro que no se usan. Excepto cuando se recupera una mente universal que quedó restringida en nosotros. Ya sea de manera temporal o permanente.

Hoy día, siendo coach, y habiendo entrenado a miles de personas, en coaching, PNL e Hipnoterapia. En visualizaciones mentales, en afirmaciones positivas, en meditaciones guiadas, en psicocuántica (QFP), en "Transformaciones Mágicas" (Rituales evolutivos y "arte de impacto multidimensional"), tanto en persona, como en grupos, por medio de seminarios, talleres, conferencias. La mente alterada tiende a ir a recuperar de manera momentánea y temporal, por instantes, su estado sano universal. Lo busca de forma innata. Y lo hace cada 90 minutos, como descubrió el psicólogo Ernsty Rossi, discípulo de Milton Ertickson, y le llamó “ciclos ultradianos”. Momentos de “descanso cerebral”.

Y lo hace también, espontáneamente, al mirar una fogata, una puesta de sol, al absorber su imaginación en una novela, historia. Incluso al ver televisión.

Y también al practicar “Hipnosis” (Un nombre muy mal puesto porque significa sueño), dinámicas de visualización, dinámicas de PNL, “meditaciones dirigidas”, repetición de afirmaciones positivas o “mantrams” u “orar”.

A todas estas les bauticé el año 2008, "estados crepusculares de la mente". Un estado mental común que comparten todas estas dinámicas mentales. Un acercamiento momentáneo y parcial al estado universal de la mente. 

Es un  estado natural, sano, universal, que la mente alcanza en esos momentos, que nadie había  entendido antes. Por eso, hubo necesidad de darle un nombre y darlo a conocer.
