Did you know... -- The brain cannot distinguish between an actual experience and visualization? This is why it works so well for athletes. They fully immerse themselves in all 5 senses and imagine what it would feel like, sound, taste, smell, and look like when they reach a goal they once thought impossible. -- Anything, and I mean ANYTHING, is possible when you BELIEVE in something. Obviously there is friggin work involved, but if you don't believe in what you're working towards, believe it's possible for YOU to have it, you're wasting your time. Your goal MUST align with your highest values.
