I keep seeing this take that Sansa is gonna become the Next Cersei or the Next Petyr or sth bc she’s “being trained up by them” or “learning from them” which I can’t help but feel like is show brainworms. Even though most of the back half of the show is trash and we all know that, I think ppl still rly like QitN Sansa and how badass she was when she ordered Petyr’s death and fed Ramsay to his dogs and campaigned for northern separatism bc that’s what Robb did or whatever.

No. You people are wrong. Sansa will never lose her compassion; that’s the entire point, and the main reason her character arc was such a trash fire was BECAUSE she decayed into an emotionless husk of a character and never did anything interesting or clever like she used to (see the Lindsay Ellis videos on GoT for more details.) If she is ever QitN she will be a beloved and merciful leader because she is currently learning why being a despicable spiteful one leads to terrible things happening to you and your legacy. That’s like,,, a central theme of the story. Ffs her own FATHER is beloved by the north after his death PRECISELY BECAUSE he was a generous and thoughtful leader who honoured his promises and knew the men who followed him. Davos is only saved in ADwD by the Lord of Sisterton bc of what Ned did for him years ago. Tywin dies and has a STINKY FUNERAL (i wonder what that symbolism means) and now his kids all hate each other and are gonna descend into insanity because he was a shit father (among other things ofc but Tywin was the main agent in all Lannister Sibling Problems.) Not to mention the potential for Stoneheart’s Red Wedding 2 Electric Boogaloo and just the Bw/oB in general. Sansa knows Cersei and Petyr and Tywin and all the other vindictive horrible people she met will never be good leaders like Ned or Robb or any of the Tyrells because people dislike them for what they do. You will never convince me that Sansa Stark of all characters would become a cunning manipulative player in the game of thrones just because she’s been lowk trained under Littlefinger. This is the girl who took pity on Ser Dontos, who believes in chivalry and knights and maidens and a better world like it is in the songs because she’s a kind and sweet person!!

If we get QitN Sansa she will be the goat!! Have faith in our girl!!
