So I told you that I was going to ask for advice so here I go , for start I think this is going to be long and I’ve been in a bad mindset lately ( just tired that I haven’t manifest what I want )

So the main thing that I want to manifest is my dream appearance , I really know that I can manifest anything and that the law is real but I really don’t know how to do it anymore , I’m super insecure about my body and never really liked , kinda hated sometimes ig, and I just feel really bad when I look in the mirror, and it’s been like that for a really long time , I tried to manifest my body but I just focus on my 3d so much, so I’ve always give up (I’m ashamed of going out bc of my body , so I have cancel a lot of plans with my friends or when I decided to go out always feel super uncomfortable and I tend to hide when they takes photos or videos and it really hurts cause I really like taking photos but rn I just don’t wanna be perceived ), what I want to change is losing a ton of weight and have a slim⌛️ body , and I really don’t know how , it feels impossible, Also I struggle with binge eating and bulimia , in general just a really bad relationship with food , rn I’m really done , like I can’t do this anymore.

Sorry if that was too much but I just really feel bad , and want an advice , And it would be the best if you help me , i never do this but I trust you and just feel free to tell me everything I really want to change

I think for starters, that’s really amazing you still believe in the law. and that you’re putting in the effort to believe and trust in yourself. that is incredibly brave and beautiful. so for that, I’m really happy and proud of you.

for starters, you’re over complicating the law sweetheart. the law isn’t about methods and techniques. let’s bring it back to the basics. it’s about knowing. what are some things you can do to help remind yourself you’re beautiful and perfect just the way you are? Would it help to affirm? Maybe even set specific notifications with affirmations throughout the day. You can do this with the app Selfpause. (not sponsored i wish lol) maybe script if you enjoy writing?

i could recommend a million methods that can help you. but i want to bring the conversation back to how simple law of assumption is. methods and techniques help but you’re the one with control here. just know you already have what you desire. and just because you’ve spiraled, doesn’t mean you can’t get instant results. nothing is ever set in stone, my dear. just remember that, okay? I love you so much 💕

so I felt worse throughout the day so I barely ran #fun but the boys coach said he is gonna be helping distance (which I do) and I’m excited cause he’s like the best running coach at the school and the girls coaches barely help OMG ALSO I made eye contact with my crush in the hall cause I accidentally went the wrong way to class (cause every other day I go the way I went today and I mixed it up) and i look away so fast lolol he was also in my dream last night and it was like a soulmate thing and I was trying to figure out if he was my soulmate and I didn’t find out
