Yay not much pain last night!!
#woke up at 6#mom massaged the bad part of shoulder last night#the muscles got tight from some sort of injury in shoulder#muscles really sore but looosened?#im tense waiting for pain to return..#lurking#i wonder if thats why i get shoulder injuruies in the 1st place#theyre always so tense#now its like a burning by my neck..#more in back of shoulder again..#not bad but. there#but i feel better today#still tired but at least pain didnt keep me awake for hours#can i focus?#still like tense but heart not pounding like yesterday#i wonder if this still withdrawal#mind beginning to wake up in morning 1st time in 4 years#doesn't know what to do w itself#manic energy while mind being fuzzy and vague and unfocused-- very weird feeling#olz let me be normal again#so i can actually accomplish what i plan
