imagine if bluestar x crookedstar was actually real and bluestar was silverstream’s mom and she brought her over to riverclan instead of moss, misty, and stone, and silverstream getting with graystripe and dying as a result is like tragic irony on both parts

#man like... ik crookedstar is a depressing character all on his own and he ABSOLUTELY wouldve been defined by a forbidden romance #if he actually had one #the same way bluestar herself kinda is #but imagine. just imagine. mapleshade orchestrating the entire thing to recreate her own issue #and make everyone suffer this time #and crooked basically gets shunned by his clan's ableism and clings to bluefur bc shes one of the few that accepts him #so he risks that cross clan connection to have some validation and love in his life. butthen the deputyship happens. and she cant visit #and she gives up their daughter to him. and later. bluestar learns that said daughter got with one of her warriors and died #and now her grandkits are here. but she cant do anything. she cant reveal that theyreher family bc itll make things so much worse #and crookedstars being treated better now but he just lost his family. and history repeated bc he couldnt warn her #like it would have been so tragic. it wouldve hurt so bad. man #ik this isnt really a writing flaw bc silverstream and mistyfoot and all these guys were made at different points in development #crookedstar didnt even have a character really until his own book and barely a little inbluestar's book #so this isnt me going like ''ugh why didnt they do this this is way better'' its just ''huhthis would be a cool au''#echoed voice
