My brother is talking about his struggle to get the MIRV in his heavy guns build and he's like "its sixteen thousand caps" and I'm like bro 16k caps is nothing and he looked at me like "how do you have sixteen thousand caps???" So I was like. Dude. 16k is walking around money. You get cap collector and the barter perks early game and use your unnecessary ammo as caps and you're golden and he looked at me all thoughtful like "oh. My charisma isnt high enough. It's in the toilet." WELL THERE'S YOUR PROBLEM???
