Costume gacha is mean to me and hasn’t given me either croissant or timekeeper so here’s a short thing I wrote before school to make me feel better

(originally written with she/her pronouns for the reader but I think I’ve changed it all to they/them)

In Gacha Hell (ft. Croissant and Timekeeper)

Timekeeper hated seeing you sad. She had been delighted when you dedicated all your rainbow cubes to herself and the director- infuriated when the light in your eyes died more every 5 pull without either. She and Croissant were stuck in gacha hell, and she was not happy. She tried to force herself out many times, usually with Croissant following. Of course, she never succeeded and her temper grew shorter by the second. As she saw it, it was like whatever god existed didn’t want her to be with you. She frowned as she was lost in thought while in gacha hell, with Croissant sighing. “…Timekeeper, do you think we’re not gonna be able to get ou-”

“We will. At least one of us will get pulled, then they’ll get the other with their crystals.” Timekeeper growled, as if it was almost a fact. She hoped it was a fact. “They’ve done about 30 pulls by now! And only got a single super epic, and it wasn’t even me!” Croissant shouted in frustration, then shoved her head into her hands. “It’s getting more hopeless by the day.” She muttered, a distant look in her eyes. “If I have to force us both out of here, I will.” Timekeeper hissed. “Couldn’t that risk getting their account banned?” Croissant asked. “…No. No, it won’t. I’ll be sure of that.” Above all things, she would not take your comforts away only so she could be with you. That would be cruel of her.

They both felt a slight jolt throughout gacha hell, and quickly both came to attention. “They’re pulling.” Croissant quickly said, and Timekeeper began running, with her quickly following along. Hopefully, they wouldn’t have to wait much longer.
