As I said earlier, I was a bad daughter to my Mother. And she left us so sudden. It all started with a cough that was escalated to a tuberculosis then her heart failed due to cardiac arrest. Unfortunately, on this day it was a Wednesday which supposed to be my rest day in school hence I needed to go out and see my college friends to do something with our thesis. I still remembered until today that she walked me out of the house and bid goodbye plus she reminded to take care in commuting. Little I knew, that it was her indeed a goodbye to me. My younger brother saw everything because she was coughing blood inside our house then my brother was the one who called everyone and was manage to call ambulance and to lock the house. Take note he was only thirteen years old back then. 

I had fare share to question the Lord why? Why all of the sudden? Especially Im near finishing my degree in months? Whyyyyyyy?? 

As I matured and get older, only I realized that God has reasons for everything and I dont have the right to get at mad him. All I know now that mi madre is happy up there with no pain.

With this, up to this date, me and brother used to talk about this things like what if Mama is still alive? Then, iisa lang sinabi namin, if my Mama is still alive then I wont be able to work my ass off for my brother at aasa lang ako sakanya. On the other hand, it is really unfair because now that I am earning my own, I don’t have an opportunity to treat her in a good restaurant with a good meal OR buy some clothes for her. Yet, things happens for a reason.

TAKE AWAY = love your parents/family regardless. Spend time with them while you can. Time is greater than money dapat. Because eventually, we need to go home in heaven.
