LONELY RIDE

Way back February 10, 2021 the day that I experienced to travel Brgy. Calumpang to Brgy. Alkikan alone using my Mountain Bike. This ride is full of disappointment, I feel like I'm not important and just an outsider.

I ride at 7:00 AM without breakfast but full of curiosity to the possible happen to the next moment of riding just alone. My ride is interesting because I don't know what will happen next since I didn't eat breakfast and I drink only water and Gatorade. After 40 minutes of ride, I reached Gaisano and KCC Mall, but I just continued without stopping until I reached Brgy. and I bought water and Gatorade.

I reached Brgy. Malandag after 2 hours of ride. I feel like I'm dying because of over starving. But, before I left our Home, I didn't anyone that I had a long ride, they were just surprised after they knew that I was already in Malandag. I continued my ride until I reached Brgy. Alkikan. My friends were shocked after they knew that I rode using a Mountain Bike from General Santos City up to Brgy. Alkikan. I continued to our house and my family was also shocked. Almost 5 hours of rest before I told to them my experience of Riding alone.

FRIENDSHIP GOALS

Hello everyone we are the three students from malandag national high school we are from grade 12 krypton were name is Michael John Ardientes, Jesson Pangilan, Justine Ryan Bayate.

the three of us have been closed since the beginning of school. from then until now we are together in all school activities. the three of us sit next to each other in every project assignment and etc. we also groupmate and research. we did our research from chapter 1 to chapter 5. because of our hardworking and cooperation through up and down we got a certificate of with honor and we deserve it.

When we did work immersion, we went to JND Farm together. we shared the same room, we eat and sleep together. Jesson is the one who cook the dish, Justine cooks the rice and Michael washes the plate. We help each one of us in all work and activities in JND Farm and because of our unity we got a certificate of completion at the same time.

Now we will write the story the three of us, everything that we have been experienced. This story will remaining to each collected. Thank you for reading and listening to our untold story.

My boyfriend

This is the day my boyfriend and I met again. He's so cute because he really wants to see me. So I just let him go so he might cry.

At 7:00 he arrived here at Malandag. He waited for me for a long time because I still had a lot to do at home, so it took me a long time.

I arrived at Malandag at 10:35. When I saw him, I saw his face with a sullen face, so I smiled and approached him so that somehow he smiled and I did not make a mistake.

After that we went to a burger place nearby and we had a snack there and he bought us something to eat and after that we went to the gym to meet the students who were practicing.

And there we talked about what course I'll take when I get to college and how I'm doing, if I'm stressed about my projects, he's so sweet to me that's why I love him so much.

And he said he went to glan so I didn't pay attention to him anymore and I smacked him because I'm not used to him being far away from me and I miss him so I didn't say a word.

And after that we went to the ukay² and I saw a dress.And I liked that dress that I saw so he laughed out loud because because of ukay² my mood returned and I'm no longer frowned at him.After that I sent him home because he still had work.

last friday we made a blog for our etech subject, so we talked about meeting you at school, after my group members and I met, we chipped in gas for 20 each After we finished gas, we immediately left malandag and went to pula tana integrated school because that's where we held our blog. We finished at 10:35 and we immediately went back to school and we were already smiling like a success

SPSI (School wide Psycho-social Support Intervention) SPSI or School wide Psycho-social Support Intervention. In this activity students are encouraged to showcase their talents in different aspects. One of this is sports, the school organized or established different competitions inline with sports such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, futsal/soccer, takraw,table tennis and billiards.Students can also join on different competitions such as singing, dancing etc.

There are 7 teams, including White Wolves of Grade 7, Red Dragon of Grade 8, Blue Marlins of Grade 9,Pink Panthers of Grade 10, Green Raptors of Grade 11, Golden Phoenix of Grade 12 and Black Tamaraw of ALS (Alternative Learning Students ).

This activity supports balanced academic and outdoor activities for the students. The school prepared enough budget for this activity, headed by the beloved school principal Mr. Cherwin B. Macaranas, with the help of teachers, PTA officers, staffs and the very loving and supportive parents. The said activity was held at Malandag National High School every Friday, it started at October and ended last November 25,2022.With the great determination and hard work Green Raptors was declared as the SPSI 2022 Overall Champion.

MNHS SPSI 2022 EXPERIENCE

Everyone was excited for the most awaiting activity that MNHS (Malandag National High School) conducted,its SPSI (School-wide psychosocial student intervention) where there's ball games,mind games and even dance competition, singing competition and there's more that can help your improve the capacity of students.

Hi I'm Cristhle and I'm going to share my experience during SPSI. I played volleyball,to tell you honestly I'm not good at playing volleyball but i really want to improve my skills playing volleyball I attend trainings for it. I remember it was October 14,its our first game then sad to say we lose.During our second game we lose again.Despite of all the loses we have i learned a lot from it,i learn that In a team its very important ta have a unity, communication and good relationship between each other.

Helloo there I'm Ec,i joined the SPSI event held here at mnhs school, at first i was afraid to join because my opponents are strong, that's why my group green raptors is lucky because and the end we are the champions in the table-tennis event and what i will tell is you should not be afraid of the opponent but face the opponent and defeat them don't be afraid.

SPSI brought a lot of happy moments, lesson and Experience to us. It enhances our psychosocial development and it builds a stronger relationship between our co-students.We saw that there's a lot of talented student that MNHS have.Those experience and lessons we have are lessons that we can apply as we continue our Journey.

To live is to serve, we all have that something that makes our heart happy and for me that is to help other people actually I'm not into politics and my dream course which is to be a flight attendant is quite far from the things that I'm doing now in my younger years. Yet I do believe that all things happens for a purpose and I'm so happy with the things that I achieve nowadays and in line with that here are some of my achievements being a student leader, I am the class president of our section, I'm also a grade 11 representative and the Committee head on Finance, Ways and Means, Internal Affairs in Malandag NHS, I also belong to the PYG or the Parish Youth Group and here in our Barangay I'm one of the Junior Kagawads.

This is our cat named snow bell my father brought snow bell from Marvel because he was a stray cat. He stayed here in Malandag for years eventually we discovered that he has a owner. He's not with us right now. He is a blue and yellow eyed cat.
