So here’s the deal, I’m badly craving a Tachibana Makoto to RP with via Dreamwidth. It’s kind of like Tumblr RP, only you do it with a journal and a community vs. a blog. 

I’m looking for a Makoto who would be interested in MakoRinHaru/Marinka or even just the MakoRin friendship. I have a Haruka who is eager to play with a Makoto as well.

This is my main desire, but I am also happy to take any and all other castmates, excluding Haruka since I already have one.

What I need more of is a MaRinKa SnK AU like Rin, Makoto and Haruka would definitely dream about seeing the ocean (Haruka especially) and Rin wants to achieve that dream for his two best friends. Then Makoto and Haruka follow Rin into the Survey Corps because Rin is so hellbent on killing those titans and after their first battle it turns out Rin is a titan shifter and he ate his own titan shifter father. Like where is this AU. It's my favorite MaRinKa AU.

The fire spitted lightly, trying to stay alight, while the three figures around it watched quietly.

Haruka took the water in his bottle and poured it out on the fire, finally ending its shortlived life. Makoto screamed at the sudden darkness. 

“Haru, what the FUCK!” Rin snapped, staring at the pile of wet ashes. 

“The water wanted to be free.” Haruka explained easily with a shrug, patting Makoto’s shoulder sympathetically as if he wasn’t the cause of his anguish. 

“We’re going to die on this island.” Makoto murmured helplessly.

Sleeping Problems

Even though they’d managed to find a bed big enough for three that didn’t mean there still weren’t sleeping issues. 

As far as Rin was concerned, his relationship was near perfect. Maybe not having to cook every meal if he wanted something that was edible and not mackerel would have been nice, but small things like that he could deal with.

Haru leaving his bad shoujo manga laying all over the house? Fine. It’s not like they have important people coming to visit or anything. The fact that Makoto still hasn’t developed the ability to sit through an entire scary movie? A bit of an inconvenience but oh well. Haru pressing his cold feet up against both of them whenever he eventually wandered into bed? Annoying as fuck on the worst days and oddly charming on the best.  

There was one thing he could not stand though and that was that Haru had been stealing the blankets from he and Makoto every night for the last week. It would probably be less infuriating if it didn’t always result in Makoto clinging to Rin so tightly he couldn’t breathe. The fourth night he’d gotten so upset he literally kicked his water obsessed freak of a boyfriend right out of bed, blankets and all.

“I don’t know what to do Sou,” he said, slightly exasperated. It was Sunday, and Rin was more emotional than usual. He was blaming it on sleep deprivation. “It’s fine now. I can usually pry them off of him and then pry Makoto off of me,” Rin groaned out as he pushed his hair out of his eyes. It was getting too long. He needed to get it cut. “But it’s the off season now. I cannot do this and then do a full practice.”

Rin thanked whatever gods he could think of for Sousuke. It had to be the middle of the night wherever he was right now. Professional swimming seemed a lot less hectic than being the boyfriend of a professional model, even if he was sure Sousuke was getting a better night’s sleep than he was.

“Just get Haru his own blanket?” He could hear the sleep laced in Sousuke’s voice. Maybe it was early morning and he’d just woken up.

“I’d feel like we were leaving him out. I already feel like we’re leaving him out.” Logically, Rin knew that Haru didn’t feel like that. He didn’t want to be anywhere close to Rin and Makoto when they were having sex, he’d made that quite clear.The pool or waterfall documentaries were much more appealing to him for reasons Rin couldn’t fathom. He respected that though.

“I’m sure he doesn’t feel that way.” Rin trusted his best friend’s judgement when it came to Haru. For some reason, even though all they did when they were in the same room was bicker and glare, they had this weird connection. It was creepy. Not borderline telepathy creepy like Haru and Makoto had going on. That he’d learned to live with. This was an entirely different monster.

“Sou what are you....?” The voice on the other end was muted and sounded like it belonged to someone who had just woken up. It must have been Kisumi. Now he felt kind of bad for waking him. Soft, quiet sounds followed. Rin had to assume it was Sousuke telling his boyfriend to go back to sleep.

After some shuffling and the muffled sound of a door closing, Sousuke started talking again. “Okay, here’s another novel idea. Have Haru sleep in the middle.”

“Haru doesn’t like sleeping in the middle, says it’s too restricting or something.”

“Have Makoto sleep in the middle then. If Haru’s getting cold and that’s why he’s stealing all the blankets, then Makoto’s bear hug of death should be enough to keep him warm.” Rin thought it over for a moment. That might just work. Haru would be warm and he could still have blankets. Plus, it might help Makoto sleep after those scary movies he made himself watch with them.

“Thanks Sousuke, you’re a life saver. Tell Kisumi I’m sorry too.”

“You’re welcome and don’t worry about it. He probably won’t even remember it when he wakes up.”

The next day, the biggest ordeal in the household had turned back to the debate with Haru over whether or not they could eat mackerel for dinner every night. Life was good, Rin decided.
