CG and Execution Thumbnails

I recently got my hands on the V3 art book and I am absolutely obsessed with it!! I wanted to share some of my favourite (mostly subtle) differences between CG/Execution thumbnails and their final iterations.

In this death road of despair cg, Miu was originally supposed to be in the same slice as Kokichi and Gonta, and a tenth unknown person in the top left corner.

Angie seems much more defeated in the original sketch for the other death road of despair cg, with her head drooping rather than praying.

I just find Shuichi's grimace in the sketch of the first training cg Very funny compared to the final one (which is much more dignified).

Shuichi and Kaito's shocked expressions in the original sketch for the cg with Maki joining in training are delightful to me, I wish they kept them.

Maki originally was reaching out to Kaito in the trial 4 cg where his illness is revealed, as opposed to her straight posture in the final cg. Shuichi's expression in the thumbnail is also very funny to me.

The stupid little nose they gave kiibo in the sketch of the cg where he's lying flat in the hydraulic press made me giggle.

Maki's expression was much more intense in the original sketch for her pointing the crossbow at Kokichi in this cg.

Himiko's >_< face made me smile in the cg of everyone (minus Kiibo) training together after trial 5.

THIS thumbnail from trial 6 is especially interesting to me. I wonder if the thumbnail was made before the trial character placements were decided at all, so this portrait and figure are random. Or maybe this was done later on when it was partially decided, and a survivor was initially next to Tsumugi, before they were moved later. It's kind of hard to tell because of the, uh, lack of detail in this one. But I'm very curious.

In the dark belt bonus scene in chapter four, originally Himiko, Shuichi, and Gonta were in their normal outfits! Also, Gonta's expression is MUCH different. I'm glad we got that cute little smile in the end, its such an iconic Gonta CG and probably one of my favourites because of it.

Initially, the end of Kaede's Execution had everyone sitting as members of the audience. Its much less intense then the final result, so I think this was a good change.

Originally, there was no death fake out for the v3 survivors! Kiibo just let them be and proceeded to blow up the school.

BONUS:

Nothing different here as far as I can tell, I just LOVE how detailed the storyboards are for Kaito's execution. This is just one example. Its so, so pretty looking

The wonders of the deep

•We could’ve gotten the au’s during the scene where Mickey and Donald saw Minnie and Daisy as mermaids.

•This is my favorite Disney movies of all time and I’ll never get tired of watching it again and again.

•Mickey, Donald, Goofy and Kermit made a cameo in the beginning of the movie!

•Ariel and Eric being the cutest couple. Some we’re discussing that the remake improved on the relationship between them and I do agree with that.

•We were also talking about some of us that watched the remake really enjoy it, including myself. Halle Bailey really nailed the role for Ariel. Screw those racists. Sebastian in that version is not that great.

JJK characters when you are mad at them (ft Sukuna, Gojo, Maki, & Nanami)

Sukuna didn't care who he talked to or what. He demanded respect wherever he went even if it's his lover. That also meant he gets bored easily so you assumed you were replaceable. You two were out shopping when girls checked Sukuna out. He was tall, handsome, fit, and dark, You started to feel that you were beneath them and even speckled cheating. Since Sukuna always gets assistance from this person with white hair and pink highlights. You quickly took your clothes in the changing room and silently cried. You felt hurt that any moment he could cheat on you since that's the type of person he seemed to be. To your surprise, he only preferred this person since they always point them in the right direction of clothing. Sukuna knocked on the door but opened it instead cause he didn't care. "Why are your crying? Did the clothes not fit you properly around your figure? It should have since your nothing but thins n bones." You cried. Sukuna was shocked because this is the first he saw you emotional over his words. "No that you prefer another person, Sukuna." You whimpered wiping away tears from your face. Sukuna laughed at you that made him wipe a tear from his eye. "You really think I want to cheat on a random pest from a store that don't even match my standards in a relationship?! HOW FOOLISH YOU THINK THAT! I could never replace a fiend like you." Sukuna fingertips was on your forehead brushing the hair from your face. "It wouldn't take any amount to replace you at all."

Gojo annoys you to death and you love that but what if a woman starts to love his flaws too? Gojo played along with the woman. A woman was flirting too much with Gojo at concert you two prepared for months. The lady got personal with him before seeing him at the stalls buying food. "Ahaha," she was laughing at his jokes only YOU thought were funny. He continued to entertain her that he didn't even noticed that you left. You went away to go get more beer to get drunk and hide in the restrooms. Gojo kept going until the lady brushed beside his arm. He quickly slapped her hand away and declined, "I have a lover they are right here." He pointed in your direction but didn't see you. He looked around for you and the woman left. Gojo found you in the stalls crying and pulled your hand to get out. "DONT FUCKING touch me!" You screamed. "Honey I was joking with her nothing else, she left! We need to go back before the main event shows." He pulled you but refused. Instead he picked you up and hosted over his shoulder. Running down the halls to get the concert. You screamed to let him put you down. "GOJO." "HONEY!" He did as the lights deemed down in the hall and became bright. "Honey," he turned your face around and kissed your lips. "Your always my number 1!" As he chuckled and tears flowed down your face.

Maki is known to get stares in public with her beautiful toned body. She became an icon in the gym but what if the attention was too much? "And you do that, lift here, and don't pull your muscle!" Said to the other gym members who needed her help. "Maki, that's cool you're being helpful but what about me?" You said. Maki looked confused. "What about you? You're just fine keeping doing what your suppose to." Maki waved bye at you helping other people. You appeared angry all her attention was on other people. You put your headphones on and continued working out. Minutes later, a hand wrapped around your waist. Maki swiftly caressed you hips holding you tight her body. "I will never forgot you." You both stood there a while.

Namani is a workaholic person who only cares for work and things he cares about. You learned to accept that however what bothers you is that, he could easily find someone who understands him more. Instead of complaining of his work ethic he could find a new job, home, and partner elsewhere. Calling Nanami you did but his phone didn't pick you. Besides he was working, way to much for a man with a lover at home. So you went up to his job and saw that he wasn't in his office. Strange? You peaked around for a while until you saw him a break room talking to another person. They were so beautiful, highly intelligent, and dressed lovely to you. You had competition. Nanami was holding a decent conversation with them until he saw you. But averted your glaze that made you stumble on your feet. "Wtf?" You approached him excusing him quietly. "I need you for a second Mr Nanami." You pulled hun away to the room over and closed the door. "What the hell, Nanami? You over here chatting it up with somebody that you forgotten something? ME." You told him. He refused to carry on this conversation with you and walked away. "Love I don't have the time right now I need to go back with them." He had his hand on the doorknob. "Or what? Leave with anybody just because they're better than me?" You talked back. Nanami huffed at you but walked away. "Oh no you don't! You grabbed him as he opened the door. "STOP!" He said. As his coworker walked in they mentioned his promotion. "Uh Nanami is this a good time to discuss upping your position or not?" They looked awkwardly around you two but shut the door back. "Nanami you have a promotion..." you silently said. "That's why I have been working late, not partying it up like an idiot." He said. You felt stupid that you interrupted his day with nonsense. You have Namani a hug and he did the same. "Promise me you won't leave me?" You said as you embraced him. He nodded and kissed the top of you forehead. "Never love."
