at a place in life where functionality is so beautiful to me. something so spiritual about an object that makes life easier or more comfortable in the most subtle of ways. & this over time imparts a different kind of satisfaction and trust and dependability and gratefulness that is markedly absent in items I consumed in the past out of fleeting desires…

#which in turn makes me continue to search for items and objects and pieces that I can build a relationship of gratitude with #makes consumerism less heavy and more…human and enjoyable #and I understand that beauty is often an argument for itself but is nature not the most beautiful and also the most industrious?
