For 24 years I have been living with a demon inside my mind. It is something that a lot of people fail to understand. Mental Depressive Disorder is not a sickness that you can actually see, physically. Basically, I am struggling just to keep myself alive with a mind that literally gave up on my body. Currently, I am undergoing treatment for my melancholia, insomnia and mood swings. I am leaning to those who is willing to support me both mentally and physically. Trying hard to push away toxic and negative people away for my own recovery.
