going postal... fallout new vegas... postman pat (I assume)... again and again we must face that inevitable truth: the ideal protagonist is a horrible little postman with problems
#gender neutral of course#mail not male the divine role of messenger knows no gender#fallout new vegas#going postal#I am counting angels in this as well. the original postmen with problems#the problem often being 'these humans won't stop screaming so *sigh* BE NOT AFRAID' it would seem#I would be including the courier of the czar in here but honestly it's been too long since I read that#I suspect there might be some. iffy stuff in it (there's literally one scene I really remember from it and I am ASTOUNDED#to find that it's actually sort of scientifically accurate. jules verne was a guy)#this post was inspired by 'sleight of hand' but it is a sincerely held belief of mine as well haha#someone with a message that MUST reach someone and who is responsible for delivering it is just a neat setup for a story
