गरूडारुढ लक्ष्मीनारायण, Sheorinarayan temple, Sheorinarayan, Chhattisgarh, India. This sculpture is of Lord Vishnu - Lakshmijee, seated on Garuda (Vishnu's mount). Lord Vishnu is holding पाञ्चजन्य शंख (conch named Paanchjanya), सुदर्शन चक्र (spinning disk) and पद्म (lotus) in one hand each. Lakshmijee is holding पद्म (lotus) in one hand, another hand is resting on Vishnujee's shoulder, third hand is in वरदहस्त मुद्रा and 4th hand is not visible. In the top panel, we can see सूर्य (sun) and चंद्र (moon), while in the centre of top panel, we can see गरुडारूढ विष्णु. In the left, we can see नरसिंह avatar while in the right, we can see वराह avatar. In the panel, we can additionally see विद्याधर (beings holding garlands), गंधर्व (beings playing musical instruments), किन्नर (half-human and half-animal being) and ईहामृग (a creature having different animals/birds in a single body/a mystical creature).
