Lies Printed by Maggie Mongan with Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner http://www.lucasrobak.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Maggie-Mongan-with-Brilliant-Breakthroughs-for-the-Small-Business-Owner-is-a-Full-Blown-Liar-with-Zero-Integrity.png
Correcting the lies Maggie Mongan with Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner printed in her book!
Maggie Mongan with Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner purposefully published numerous lies in her book to spite me after helping her for over eight months–for free!!
After a great deal of people approached me about the legitimacy of her book, why I wasn’t in it, why she didn’t give me any credit, and asked about my health out of no where; this needed to be written to finally set the record straight.
In November 2017 Maggie Mongan from Brilliant Breakthroughs, Inc. released her first collaborative book entitled, Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner: Fresh Perspectives on Profitability, People, Productivity, and Finding Peace in Your Business— a book I thankfully dropped out of and cut my losses after hundreds of hours of coaching her!

Maggie Mongan with Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner is a liar. If she printed these lies in a book, what kind of person do you think she truly is?
Maggie Mongan with Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner and Brilliant Breakthroughs, Inc. is a Liar with Zero Integrity & Self-Respect!
Contents of Article
Lie #1 = She Didn’t Make Her Cover, I Made Her Cover
Lie #2 = I’m Not Her Co-Author but She Printed Me As One
Lie #3 = She Credited Someone Else Even Though I Trained the on Becoming a Bestseller
Lie #4 = I Never Gave Her the Idea, She Stole it From WisOwners
Lie #5 = I Dropped HER, I Was Never Sick
Maggie Mongan with Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner Lie #1 = I Made Her Cover
Maggie Mongan with Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner lied that she created and designed her cover.
Below is a screen shot of a file on my computer dated four months before her book launch. Her book came out November 2017 and I made her cover on July 20th, 2017.
Undeniable Proof I Created Her Cover
The email below, dated on April 25th, 2017, is her asking me to check out a contract from someone she bartered with to make the cover.
Evidence I’m Helping Her in April 2017
For someone who gave herself credit for making her cover, why on earth would she send me this email on August 19, 2017? The email below is her response after she downloaded her cover from my Google Drive folder.
Proof She Received Her Cover From Me
I’m not sure how much more proof you need that Maggie Mongan lied about making her cover.
If this was a court of law, once you prove someone to be a liar, everything they say is now questionable. You be the jury on that! Is anything what Maggie Mongan printed in her book reliable?
Maggie Mongan with Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner Lie #2 = I’m Not a Co-Author
Too Lazy to Crop Me Out
If you opened the book, you’d see my name and picture in it. All it would take is three minutes of her time using one free online tool to crop me out of the picture.
I timed myself, it took me exactly 73 seconds to do this for free with one basic online tool and a slow computer! It would’ve added another minute, maybe two, if I replaced me with her other co-author who couldn’t make the picture.
73-Seconds Later I’m NOT her Co-Author
The picture with me was printed in the book and shows me as one of her co-authors – without my permission. Why use an image of someone you don’t respect and put it in your book even though me being in that image is a lie?
People are contacting me asking me why I’m in this “co-author” picture when I’m not a co-author. This image completely discredited the whole book for a lot of people that I spoke with. Furthermore, they’re baffled by all the other lies she printed after I tell them.
Maggie Mongan with Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner Lie #3 = I Trained Them on Bestselling Tactics
She gave another woman credit for making her book a #1 amazon free kindle download for a few hours. As a big, “F-You” to me, she wrote, “Perhaps most importantly, I’m forever grateful to [xyz] who appeared with a proven map to guide our actions and secure best-seller status.”
In the video under the image below you’ll discover that what she said about me in the video is what she printed about someone else in the book.
To start, let’s verify this weekend actually happened. The image below is Maggie Mongan herself presenting at the Bestselling Weekend Training I organized and hosted in August 2017.
Maggie Presenting at the Bestselling Weekend Training
Below you’ll see her and six of her co-authors giving their testimonial of a weekend where I trained them all on how to become a bestseller.
The video is of Maggie Mongan and her co-authors praising and endorsing me after teaching them how to make their book a “bestseller”; they achieved #1 amazon free kindle download for a few hours. Why it wasn’t at least a $0.99 kindle to ethically call it a BestSELLER is far beyond my comprehension.
Note everything that she says about me and the event I organized! Maggie Mongan is the first person in the video and appears multiple times throughout it as well.
If the video doesn’t appear below, either “Refresh” the page or watch it on YouTube.
youtube
For even more proof that this weekend happened and Maggie Mongan with her co-authors attended, take a look at all the name badges I created for the event!
Name Badges from Event to Train on Bestselling Tactics
Not enough proof that I was the person who trained them how to become bestselling authors? Here’s a screenshot of my Mailchimp campaign I sent to everyone on August 13th, 2017.
Shows Date they Received Bestselling Email
This email contained two documents for them to use. Fist, I sent multiple pages for them to have a step-by-step sequential action plan to become bestsellers entitled “Bestselling Tactical Sequence.”
Second, the link, “Bestselling Email Contacts,” was another document with various email templates for them to easily copy/paste and send out to their circles and following.
Email with Step-by-Step Instructions and Templates to become Bestsellers
Oh my! Even more proof? Read her endorsement on Alignable about me while I was still in her corner helping her for free. I’m still curious where she got the number three from, I never knew I was helping her with three books. Glad I gave her the axe because she couldn’t even tell the truth about me having an incredibly enormous part in making her first book happen.
Endorsement on Alignable
Maggie Mongan with Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner Lie #4 = I Never Gave Her the Idea
I didn’t purposefully give her the idea to publish a collaborative book. She stole it from a Wisconsin Business Owners organizers meeting and ran with it with zero respect for the group she supposedly praises.
If you’re someone who wants this proof, contact any of the organizers of Wisconsin Business Owners. Maggie Mongan took it upon herself to do her own book instead of helping a group “she believes in.”
Wisconsin Business Owners
Maggie Mongan’s lack of respect for the group allowed her to go off on her to steal my material and the groups future prospective co-authors. They would’ve paid thousands of dollars less to be in a book with integrity but instead Maggie Mongan got her claws in them first.
As I was consulting her how to undertake this project, we had a few conversations about how the Wisconsin Business Owners book is priority and that she shouldn’t take any of those people away from that book. She agreed at first!
Needless to say, Maggie Mongan didn’t have enough respect for herself, the group, for me, or the lead organizer to follow through and find her own co-authors. She recruited numerous people from the group even after I brought it up multiple times that she’s in the wrong. Her response, “so what?”
As you may already know, Wisconsin Business Owners still hasn’t published their book nor have they started it solely because of Maggie Mongan’s lack of self-respect and absence of integrity.
STILL Stealing from Wisconsin Business Owners
I missed the December 2017 meeting to be with family but heard through multiple grapevines that she sent around a sign-up sheet for her to easily recruit more group members to be in her next book. To me, that’s a huge slap in the face to the Wisconsin Business Owners leader, organizing team, and to the entire group of 2,000+ people.
Maggie Mongan is a horrible individual just with the facts surrounding that last paragraph alone. How can you support or stand by someone who is that blatantly disrespectful to an entire group of dedicated individuals?
Finally, the only reason the idea about publishing a book in her presence was mentioned was to help the group succeed. It was not for Maggie Mongan’s self-serving interests to finally feel important and screw over everyone in her path.
Maggie Mongan with Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner Lie #5 = I Was Never Sick
Once I woke up to the true nature of Maggie Mongan’s integrity, I dropped her and quit the book immediately because I didn’t want my name to be affiliated with something like that.
Since I got rid of her in early August 2017, I began learning all the rumors she spread of why I dropped out of her book, it’s time for the truth to come out — It had absolutely nothing to do with my multiple sclerosis (MS), my health in general, or lack of time!
Not being in her book had absolutely nothing to do with multiple sclerosis (MS) and nothing to do with being strapped for time!
I dropped out of the book and from her life because of who she is. There’s no other reason for it. Our story together and her extreme lack of respect and low integrity isn’t something I have definitive proof for so I wasn’t able to ethically publish it here.
Furthermore, she was bold enough to spread lies that I was having issues with my MS. This is something not to joke about or use as a lie. MS kills a lot of people every year.
Maggie Mongan, without my permission, used my disability to her advantage because the truth probably would’ve influenced every co-author I helped recruit and then train to drop out too.

New Post has been published on https://www.brilliantbreakthroughs.com/business-declaration-of-independence/
What's Your Declaration of Independence for YOUR Business?
The signing of the Declaration of Independence. Ultimately making July 4th Independence Day.
What’s Your Declaration of Independence for YOUR Business?
The Declaration of Independence is one of the founding documents of the United States of America. The other two documents which express the country’s ideals for founding the country are The Constitution and The Bill of Rights. Together they form the Charter of Freedom. FYI: This is a great example of an outcome of networking with intention. Do you have similar guiding documents for your business?
Founding the American Dream of Business Success
Even though most of the Founding Fathers were ordained ministers, most people forget they were also business owners. They were fierce business owners as their existence depended upon them producing their resources – think: becoming successful businessmen. I address this Grand Experiment and early entrepreneurialism in the Introduction and first chapter of “Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner: Fresh Perspectives on Profitability, People, Productivity, and Finding Peace in Your Business” – Volume 1.
Our Founding Fathers and their families were the ones who created what we now call, The American Dream. Great name, isn’t it? Even 200+ years later, their successes have become the ruler to which we measure our business success. One of the reasons they were successful is that they understood what they stood for, what their goals were, and how they would behave to achieve their goals. Do you do this to support your business’s success?
What’s Your Business’s Declaration of Independence?
Most entrepreneurs and small business owners begin their business with a vision. They hold a vision to provide a solution for others. Our readers know that we’ve written plenty about visions and practicing envisioning in our blog over the past 10 years. They also know the marketplace sees the business’s offering as a solution. For a founding business, this is its purpose. They also understand it is necessary to have a mission (specific actions) to bring their vision to life and actualize it.
Do you have your business’s Declaration of Independence? What about your business’s Constitution or Bill of Rights? Each document supported independence. You, too, are independent. What business documentation do you have to remind you why do what you do, how you do it, and the benefit of doing it well?
Independence is an internal and external game. I believe it begins internally and works its way outside of your thoughts and heart to become something written. Then we constantly internalize our vision. Your vision is what inspires you to do all those business activities you don’t want to do. You know, the ones that are what’s going to support your business’s success.
Are you taking time to document what is guiding your business? What is guiding you and your team? How do you recommit yourself to your vision and ideals? What are you doing to stay inspired?
How are you setting yourself up to win every day? After almost 20 years of business ownership, I know it’s not easy. There is a multitude of challenges each day.
CLUE: If you move through enough challenges, you will reap the rewards.
Is it essential to develop YOUR business’s independence?
Your business’s independence is dependent upon you. You may be like the founders of the American Dream – focusing on survival, or you may be experiencing tremendous growth. Either way, I assure you it is imperative for you to have your founding documents to guide you with the Right Thoughts and Right Actions to achieve your independence and goals.
The Declaration of Independence reveals why our country separated from England. Additionally, it introduced the concepts of Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Essentially, freedom from tyranny. Over the next several posts, I will further discuss how Independence, Life, Liberty, Freedom, and the Pursuit of Happiness are your right as a small business owner.
So you haven’t been having the success you seek, chances are you haven’t laid a strong enough business foundation to support success. If you have created your foundation, it may not have enough daily fortification to strengthen it to support your current business activities effectively. If you have grand plans for your business’s future, you need to be extremely mindful of your business’s foundation.
Independence Day for a child? How independent is your business?
Now what?
First: Make time to assess how strong your business’s foundation is right now. What type of rework do you need to give it to better support you and your vision?
Second: Read the Declaration of Independence and see if there are concepts that you need to contemplate and possibly infuse into your business.
Third: Instead of saying, “Happy 4th!” or “Happy July 4th!” focus on independence. Keep reinforcing independence for yourself and others.
I’ll say it again, YOUR business’s independence is dependent upon you! Think of it as yourself as the parent to this child (your business), and it needs you to care for it. Own this truth and your business’s success!
And, Happy Independence Day!

Celebrating 8 Years of Blogging for Small Business Owners
Learn the 5 lessons Maggie experienced while blogging for 8 years to Business Owners. Then, accept the invitation at the bottom of the post.
Celebrating 8 Years of Blogging for Small Business Owners
Wow, 8 years of blogging is a long time to be blogging! Small Business Owners need sound support, fresh ideas, for new strategies and aligned actions to achieve stronger business performance and increase their business success rate.
Each week for the past 8 years, we’ve been serving up one blogpost after another to help you. You’ve had the opportunity to learn and apply proven techniques to improve your business.
Here’s 5 lessons I learned while blogging for 8 years!
Maggie’s Lesson 1: Experimentation is a Powerful Learning Approach
When I was speaking with my first webmaster, he encouraged me to start write to build a following. Back then that was”white papers” and “Dear Maggie” letters that I’d post onto my site (the beginning of my blogging career in another form). That was 2008. Being who I am, I accepted this odd challenge. I formulated how I wanted to do this blogging thing. Some of you may not realize that back then, blogging was a Wild-West Online Activity – anything was acceptable as a blogpost!
In 2009 I had created a blog for Business Leaders. I posted once a week. Then true to my disruptor ways, I added a Call-In Podcast to further discuss the blogposts’ topic. I did this for a year. It was fun and it was far too cutting edge and quite complicated to produce back in those days. So I stopped doing that because I was pivoting my business to address the changes which occurred from the 2008 marketplace.
In Spring of 2011, my then Webmaster invited me to begin blogging again. I accepted the challenge since he assured me this would help with my organic SEO Rankings. (see next paragraph)
TIP: Liberally experiment as all Possibilitarians do!
Maggie’s Lesson 2: Procrastination Kills Success
I committed to doing a blog. But what about? What did I want to write about? More importantly, what did my marketplace want to here? Did I have my marketplace defined enough?
All those were great questions. But the one that was freaking me out … was I ready to commit to writing blogposts 3 times a week? Back then, that was what you needed to do to get google’s attention for SEO Rankings.
The answer was, “Sure I have a good amount of value to offer my marketplace, but how is it going to look and how do I begin?” Those questions held me up from launching by blogpost by a couple of months.
Why? I knew once I started, I had to stay with it. admittedly very few people are ready to take on a project of this magnitude! And so we dived in – all in.
FACT: Most marriages in America end in divorce in less time than I’ve been blogging.
Here I am celebrating 8 years of blogging, so I guess I’m all in! During these 8 years, I wrote and experimented with all sorts of relevant topics. I did book reviews almost right out of the gate. I shared articles and quotes. All to help the Business Owner or Business Leader find fresh perspectives to support their business’s vision.
TIP: Don’t wait. Dive in with all you might to learn what really wants to emerge!
Maggie’s Lesson 3: The Power of Play and Possibilities
Playfulness, to me, is about having fun while playing with possibilities… via experimenting. This isn’t just with work – it’s with downtime as well!
One of the things I learned about myself is how I could see business strategies and techniques in everything- even movies that had nothing to do with business as all. Example: The opening scene in Monsters, Inc. has a phenomenal business lesson for everyone.
FACT: In 2011 I watched a movie and make commentary of what I learned from it that I could apply to my business. That was the beginning of my ever popular Business Movies Reviews. Check them out in the categories section of the blog. Currently there are 80 different movies for you to review and watch. You’ll be amazed- everything from kids movies for the family to war and comedy movies to learn from- we cover the spectrum!
Here’s how I value delivering innovative ways of business wisdom-sharing:
Love nature? Here’s one: 5 Sales Lessons from a Tomato Plant
How did WD-40 get it’s name and why it matters to you.
Still not taking the time of you need? Read this: Vacationing is Vital to Your Business’s Success
Need a little mind-set boost? Excellence as the Spirit of YOUR Work
Even counter-intuitive, yet highly successful strategies: Smaller Wins Hurt Business Growth
TIP: Have more fun while working. I double-dog dare you!
Maggie’s Lesson 4: Preparation
Ask any Project Manager and they’ll share how important preparation and planning is to succeed. Blogging is not any different from any other ongoing business project.
Being prepared implies being pro-active and planning so you know how to show up prepared. Over the years I learned the value of having an editorial calendar to guide my topics and when is the best time to present them. We always want our marketing to be relevant, don’t we?
This involved me being getting proactive and working with a calendar. There are times this was very advantageous – like when I created a series: Are you being a push over business owners to your own business? or even time-relevant posts like: 3 Point Mid-Quarter Small Business Performance Check-In
TIP: Whatever you do, planning and preparation will support your success. This reveals the power of one of my famous quotes: “Slow Down to Accelerate“.
Maggie’s Lesson 5: Be Yourself
Be yourself. Infuse YOUR Personality and favorite flavors into your business and all its communications. If I wouldn’t of done that, I wouldn’t have the wonderful following of readers and consistent flow of clients to guide.
I’ve said this forever… Small Business Owners, your business is a reflection of you – allow yourself to be seen.
8 YEARS OF BLOGGING NOTE: Of course this post is longer than most. Thanks for hanging in there! The other good news is our 1,ooth Blogpost will appearing in less than a month. Let me know what you’d like to see on that one 🙂
Thank you for allowing me tho help improve YOUR Business through my 8 years of blogging. I appreciate you!

Do you have a new role model to guide your thoughts and actions for your new goals? If not, you may want to find one to assist you to achieve great results!
Too often Small Business Owners (SBOs) find someone they like and will try to emulate that person for everything involved in their personal and professional lives. This isn’t the most effective way to utilize role models to support YOUR Business’s Performance, nor your own.
If you want to make progress, seek out someone who has already accomplished what you have OR they have the attributes you need to apply to an outcome you seek. This approach will serve you best!
At first this might not seem like a practical approach and it will slow you down to have different role models for different things you are trying to accomplish, but it isn’t. It will actually accelerate your success rate.
Case Study Validating New Role Model Effectiveness
I have a client I worked with years ago. He experienced great success and we stay in touch from time to time. Recently he told me he wanted to do something a little different, but was having some difficulties using his role model’s playbook for this new project. It just wasn’t going as smoothly as he anticipated.
He said, “The last time I followed X’s approach, everything went great. I was really happy with the results. Heck, I studied their every move. I applied it accordingly and it was amazing at how simple and successful everything became. That part of my business only needs maintenance now. This new project is getting very bad results using the same approach. Can we talk? I think I might have to scratch this project.”
After about 10 minutes of conversation, I was zeroing in on the fact that even though the old role model was highly effective for his other project, it wasn’t at all the correct one for this new project. The role model, who worked well, for the old project, didn’t have the Right Thoughts and Right Actions required for the new project.
The highly successful role model for one project wasn’t at all effective for another project! Simple solution: Find a new role model!
Selecting a New Role Model
As we already said, your new role model should have prior success of the necessary attributes and/or experience for the type of outcome you are seeking to achieve.
Example: If your last project required you to be creative and cutting edge, Steve Jobs may have successfully guided you. If this new project requires getting back to the basics, Steve Jobs may not be the right guide.
TIP: Take 15 minutes to assess what your greatest needs are for your new projects. Then, seek the best role model to support your success.
REMEMBER: Role models could be fictional characters (Wonder Women, Captain America, Mary Poppins) or historical characters (Abraham Lincoln, Gandhi), or living characters (Olympians, Oprah). The key is to pick the one to guide your circumstances and/or needs.
Whatever you are trying to accomplish, take the time to get your support in place. The right expert to guide you will make all the difference!
What attributes or outcomes are you seeking? Feel free to share, maybe another reader can introduce you to a new role model!

In November 2017 Maggie Mongan from Brilliant Breakthroughs, Inc. released her first collaborative book entitled, Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner: Fresh Perspectives on Profitability, People, Productivity, and Finding Peace in Your Business — a book I thankfully dropped out of and cut my losses after hundreds of hours of coaching her!

Correcting "The Maggie Mongan Damage" http://www.lucasrobak.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Maggie-Mongan-with-Brilliant-Breakthroughs-for-the-Small-Business-Owner-is-a-Full-Blown-Liar-with-Zero-Integrity.png
Correcting “The Maggie Mongan Damage”
Has Maggie Mongan screwed you over too? Or have you been taken advatage of by a trusted friend like me?
All that happened in 2017 and it was a living hell to actually accept. The Maggie Mongan Damage came from me trusting my business coach only to be royally screwed over by Maggie Mongan with Brilliant Breakthroughs, Inc.
If this has happened to you, whether in business or in your personal life, know that you’re not alone. This is what I learned very quickly because I allowed a wicked person into my sphere of influence as you probably have too.
This is how you can correct that from the inside out!
For months I was thinking about whether or not to write any of the posts above. I am now happy that I did because facts, not lies, make me happy and feel free!
My Background with “The Maggie Mongan Damage”
A quick background is that Maggie Mongan was my coach for over 3.5 years. Toward the end, the last eight months, we flipped roles and I become her book publishing coach because she liked what I was bringing to the table in our sessions.
She liked it so much she stole the idea from the Wisconsin Business Owners who were suppose to have a book by now if it wasn’t for Maggie Mongan having zero respect for the group and going rouge.
Maggie Mongan stole everything from me, gave other people credit for it in her book, and is now using it to build her business. I went broke following to her advice while she made over $20,000 in a very short time from me. Lopsided relationship, huh?
But now, after getting the truth out there about this “Master Business Coach”, I still had a lot of inner work to do and restructuring my businesses so they didn’t have any sign of Maggie Mongan.
My personal definition of The Maggie Mongan Damage is:
When someone you trust wholeheartedly takes advantage of you and then screws you over for their own self-serving agenda. It hurts your efforts and messes up your mentality to the point of depression. It negatively effects all areas of life because you chose to allow an evil individual into your world and allowed it to trickle over into consuming your whole life. Everything that happens is 100% your fault and is 100% your responsibility to correct the situation to the best of your ability.
If you’ve been screwed over by a trusted, respected, and lovable business coach, friend, or colleague, this post is exactly what you need to move beyond their evil ways and “The Maggie Mongan Damage” you allowed.
Correcting “The Maggie Mongan Damage”
1) Start Loving Confrontations
Everything you read in the above linked posts came because I avoided confrontations. People don’t like me when I confront them for something they knew they’re in the wrong. Maggie Mongan knew she was wrong the entire time (at least if she was smart) but I was way to weak to call her out.
Being soft, passive, and weak about it will never work with people of this low integrity. Be aggressive! You may ask, will that offend them? Yes it will. They’re in the wrong and you just called them out on it. You just hurt their ego of being above you or that you’re to stupid to notice.
I’m very proud of sticking up for myself with that “government union employee” I wrote about in the Medium post linked at the top of this page. I’m also proud I finally kicked Maggie Mongan out of my life after thinking about it for years. More about this in the section below about decision making.
From this point forward, stand up for yourself. Enforce your boundaries like you’ll read more below. Confront anyone and everyone who wrongs you, or is about to wrong you in anyway shape or form.
2) Make Logical Decisions, NOT Emotional Decisions
After noticing Maggie Mongan is not actually a practicing Master Business Coach like she self-proclaims herself to be, and after realizing I’m losing money very quickly with her advice, I stood by Maggie because of the emotional connection we shared.
We first started working in Spring 2014 because of an emotional trigger word she used. I hired her solely based on emotion. I never researched her like I do for everyone I meet now. It never crossed my mind to ask her for a list of all of her clients with their phone numbers.
If I would have used my brain, I probably still would have hired her. The only difference that would have made is that if I used my brain, she would have been fired well before the Summer of 2014 ended.
I kept her around because she was one of only a few people who verbally supported and believed in me. That emotion was intoxicating to me. Funny thing about this, if I was acting logically, I would have realized that a great deal of people actively support and believe in me.
After kicking Maggie Mongan out of my life for good, it became extremely apparent that hundreds, if not thousands, of people just in Southeast Wisconsin proved that they believe in me and will bend over backwards to support me.
Thank you to all the members of The Wellness Fair community, my Facebook followers, Twitter followers, LinkedIn connections, and Instagram followers. Even if we haven’t personally met [yet], your love and support has made a huge difference and woke up my “logical senses.”
3) Create & Enforce Your Boundaries
Creating boundaries for me is easy; enforcing them is a work-in-progress. Just like the first section above, to enforce one’s boundaries you’ll need to be confrontational. I’m getting better but it’s one of my biggest weaknesses because of how tactless and passive/aggressive I can be.
A “boundary” is something you previously made a decision on. If you want to quit smoking, one boundary you may set up for yourself is to avoid situations that make you want to smoke. For instance, let’s say drinking alcohol is your number one instigator of smoking. Enforce that boundary by avoiding these situations no matter how many times your friends beg you to come out and get smashed.
Once you make a decision to make something happen, don’t allow outside circumstances to influence your decision like that “government union employee.” Just because someone doesn’t like your decision doesn’t mean you need to change anything. All that means is that you buck up and enforce your boundaries and possibly kick that low-level scum out of your life.
If people can’t respect your decision to have a certain level of standards, then be logical, they’re not worth keeping around because they’ll become your Maggie Mongan and screw you over the first chance they get. Enforce what you believe in because no one else will.
4) Legally Protect Yourself
Thinking of this drives me nuts because I thought about it many times over the months coaching Maggie Mongan on book publishing. The only reason I didn’t was because I allowed my emotions to get the best of me, my logical brain was on sabbatical every time I was with her.
If you have intellectual knowledge that you developed on your own accord within your own mental faculties, legally protect yourself from everyone. To do this, first of all, get a lawyer that specializes in each tip below. Don’t take my word for it nor should you take the advice of anything you find on google for your legal team.
First thing is to get them to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This is so they can’t talk to anyone about anything you come up with. Your Maggie Mongan would have been extremely offended but it’s necessary to protect your intellectual property.
Next have them sign a Non-Compete Claus to make sure they can’t use the information like Maggie Mongan did and go off on and claim that information as their own.
Last, file for a Trademark, get a Patent Pending, become Registered, Copyright your material, and do anything and everything your lawyer tells you too. This is one expense I now view as an investment I’d be willing to spend as much money as needed to get right.
5) Never Barter
If you do your own research, bartering has always been designated for poor people who can’t afford what they want. By bartering you’re telling your subconscious mind that you’ll never be able to afford the things you need.
Doing this has already proven to me that I’ve attracted low-level bottom feeders who sucked the life out of me. The less people paid me, the more demanding they become. Think of this as people on welfare; they can never have enough, always want more, and will complain about everything instead of being happy with what they’re given for no effort.
Even though I say “never barter,” at this exact moment in life, I still do every now and then. Just like an actual client, I now use Agreements to verify the terms so both parties know what to expect. Something I didn’t do with Maggie Mongan and she bent me over and brutalized me for that mistake.
I bartered with her for both of our coaching services. One thing I didn’t forsee was that she’d make 20,000x more money with me as her coach than I did after 3.5 years following her guidance. She made $20,000 in a couple months while I lost everything I had.
When you barter, make sure it’s balanced and you’re both getting what it’s actually worth. If you can’t do this, then never ever barter. Remember, only poor people barter.
6) Charge What You’re Worth
If I can guarantee that you’ll make $20,000 – $50,000 in a few months using my system, how much is that worth to you? According to Maggie Mongan, it was worth me going bankrupt so she could financially gain. She didn’t pay me a penny, rather it costed me money to work with her.
Instead of being my business coach and help me develop something to sell, she just wanted me to give her the information for her to use. She claims that she was my test subject but I am still waiting on feedback.
To charge what you’re worth, you first need to know what you’re worth, and then enforce your boundaries to make it happen.
Learning what you’re worth is as simple as asking your clients or doing your research on the competition. Another way to do it is to ask your mentor or to keep charging more and more until you’re getting more “no’s” than “yes’s.”
I know what I’m worth. So for me, looking at my competitions prices doesn’t help because I’m more expensive than them. It helped me define a baseline but then I recognized how I’m different in so many areas.
I recommend asking a very successful solopreneur in your industry, hire someone who specializes in pricing, and/or learn everything you can about Neuro-Marketing.
7) Follow Jim Rohn’s Advice
You are the average of the five people you hang out with most!
Coming to the end of my relationship with Maggie Mongan, I recognized that she wasn’t anything I wanted to become. Yet, I still kept her around for reasons already mentioned.
What I started to do, and do a lot more now, is that I “never eat alone.” The people I “hang out” with most are people who are dead or are considered the A-Listers of the World.
Online trainings, YouTube videos, published books, audiobooks, and other audio recordings are who I hang out with all the time. Recognizing that I never want to be anything like Maggie Mongan in late Spring/Early Summer of 2017, I began going into rabbit holes of personal development more so than I’ve ever done before.
Here is a tiny list of people I will be surrounding myself with for the rest of my life because they’re not pretentious or self-righteous, they’re real world successful:
Bob Proctor
Napoleon Hill
Dr. David Schwartz
Dr. Joseph Murphy
Alan Watts
Louise Hay
Adele Scheele
Jack Canfield
Tai Lopez
Aristotle/Laozi/Confucius
Jim Rohn
Zig Ziglar
Les Brown
Art Williams
Deepak Chopra
Joe Vitale
Oprah Winfrey
Robert Kiyosaki
Dr. Stephen Covey (and his two sons)
Dale Carnegie
Malcolm Gladwell
Marcus Buckingham
James Allen
Wallace Wattles
Seth Godin
Tim Ferris
Abraham Hicks
John C. Maxwell
Tony Robbins
Jose Silva
Brian Tracy
Jeff Olson
Kenneth Blanchard
Og Mandino
Richard Bandler
Dr. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi
There’s a lot more where that came from too! I’m a self-proclaimed nerd on this. Find your own “mentors” to surround yourself with.
8) Follow Only Successful People’s Advice
Refer to the section directly above for more information on this!
Poor people are the first to give you advice and tell you what to do. And do note, “poor” doesn’t mean financially speaking. It’s a mentality that revolves around being average and ordinary, it’s the status quo who make all their decisions based on their flawed fears.
My mistake was that I listened to Maggie Mongan who isn’t the definition of success, she’s the definition of poor both mentally and financially. I knew this for years and I still consciously ignored this cold hard truth of “Success” to only listen to those with real world results.
Another point here is that education system teachers are not successful unless you want to be a teacher. Their job is to steal your passion away and turn you into an obedient employee who doesn’t question authority or pursue their dreams.
The point here is to know who you’re taking advice from. Only take advice from those who SUCCESSFULLY accomplished what you want to in the real world. What I wanted to do is make money and have a successful business, why the hell did I take advice from Maggie Mongan who’s broke with no clients other than me and the co-authors I coached her into getting this past summer.
I can recruit people into a community which is how Maggie Mongan successfully did it for her book. I went broke because that’s what Maggie Mongan was able to do successfully for herself. Take my real world example of this to heart; only follow successful people’s advice.
9) Know When to Fire Someone (or call it quits)
The Maggie Mongan Damage never would’ve happened if I fired her when I first thought about it. Or even when I thought about it countless of other times throughout the years. Know when to give someone the axe, then actually do it.
If something doesn’t make sense to you to start or even continue, don’t do it. Call it quits. When you set yourself up to allow The Maggie Mongan Damage to happen, it will because you allowed it to just like I allowed it.
The thing is, it doesn’t matter if the person is a friend or just someone you’re paying; it’s your life and your decision. If you feel like you’re getting no where, most likely, you are going no where.
In today’s 21st Century low integrity business world, the goal is to keep people coming back and making monthly “subscription” payments for as long as possible. This brings in near $28 Billion annually to businesses when most of those paying aren’t getting benefit or they’re not even using the service.
Think of Apple and all the other tech giants out there. Their updates are designed to slow down any phone that’s not their brand new one. They want you to keep coming back and buying a new $1,000+ phone every two years.
The goal in business is to keep people coming back and paying until you wake up and fire them in some way. The Maggie Mongan Damage can only happen if you allow it too! Become aware of this concept, it may save you dearly in the future.
10) Personal Transformation
Reread #7 Follow Jim Rohn’s Advice and #8 Follow Only Successful People’s Advice..
Whether if you want to call it personal transformation, personal development, self-empowerment, self-help, self-improvement, etc. it’s technically all the same. The main idea behind them is to make you a better person, improve your mental/emotional health, and to become the person you were menat to be, not the person school teachers dictated down to you to be.
When you conduct self improvement practices, you’ll be stronger to push through all The Maggie Mongan Damage that can occur in life. Some people are so low with self-respect and integrity that they’ll crawl out of their cold dark holes just to make you fail. This section is vital to helping you persist through encountering these inevitable creatures like Maggie Mongan.
When you’re constantly improving, The Maggie Mongan Damage will only be a tiny speed bump you can get over. The stronger you are, the faster you’ll kick them out of your life and the faster you’ll move on to bigger and better things.
Follow the advice already given in #7 and #8 to become pointed in YOUR right direction. Use YouTube and your local library. It’s crazy how it works, libraries have books you can read if you go there. They also have computers to use the internet. If you pay taxes, might as well use a service you’re already paying for.
11) Only Listen to Real World Practitioners
I’ve already hinted at this thousands of times throughout my blogs, books, and speeches I give; education system teachers are not real world practitioners unless all you want to do with your life is stay in the system and move from student to teacher.
It’s the teachers job to teach theory, not real world practices. Ever hear the saying, “for those that can’t do teach?” This is extraordinarily factual. There are obviously exceptions to this but the major majority of teachers never actually successfully done what they’re teaching.
The Maggie Mongan Damage occurred in my life because Maggie Mongan is a “Teacher” not a real world practitioner. The Maggie Mongan of my life was broke and she was “teaching” me to make money and get clients but since all she had was educational theory, she taught me how to become broke just like herself as you learned in #7 above.
According to Dictionary.com, a Mentor is an EXPERIENCED and TRUSTED adviser. The key word to look at here is “experienced!” A high school physics teacher has zero experience actually using physics in the real world. Maggie Mongan had zero experience of making money and building a business.
The Maggie Mongan Damage occurs because we choose to act with our emotions and work with those who make us feel good even though they could be the worst person in the world to listen too. Look at the persons results and that’ll tell you whether or not if they’re qualified to ever talk about anything related to what you need.
12) Conduct Real World Education
I don’t want to sound like a broken record (even though I kinda want to on this topic), the education system has absolutely nothing to do with anything related to the real world unless all you want to do with your life is be a teacher and work less than 200 days a year for full-time pay.
The real world is where results are made, theory doesn’t apply…ever! The only way to get real world education is to go out there yourself and do it with the guidance of a successful mentor. You’ll learn more in one day of “doing it” than you will decades sitting in the classroom listening to someone who isn’t smart enough to come in out of the rain and try it themselves one time.
For me, The Maggie Mongan Damage happened because I was listening to theory rather than a successful mentor. Furthermore, I was learning to play in the arena of the “average and ordinary” when I hired her to play in “the big leagues.”
Most noteworthy advice is to look up those who have already done what you want to do, or something similar, and follow their breadcrumbs of success. Therefore, a great place to start is google. Find those people and learn about them. Even be as bold to contact them and ask how they did what they did. Most of all, you could ask them if they could be your mentor!
13) Question Everyone
You guessed it! Time to insult teachers some more. The number one type of person to question are teachers, authority figures on a self-proclaimed pedastal. They hate being questioned because theory only goes so far in a real world conversation. The more you question everyone, the more you’ll realize how much, or how little, they actually know.
I didn’t question Maggie Mongan because I wasn’t smart enough to think about questioning someone I trusted and who believed in me. Consequently, that’s what led The Maggie Mongan Damage into my life. Maggie Mongan saw my weaknesses and took advantage of me. If I would have questioned her more, I would have realized she lives in a “teachers” world, not the real world of successful practicing experts.
With approximately 8 billion people in this world, you can work with anyone you want too. Don’t allow your emotions to get the best of you and work with the Maggie Mongan‘s. Find someone with real world knowledge and integrity. Find someone with a track record of success.
To do this, start researching questions to ask authority figures, teachers, coaches, mentors, etc. Learn what questions to ask to protect yourself from unexperts like Maggie Mongan so that the worst thing in the world doesn’t happen to you.
When The Maggie Mongan Damage happens to you, know it’s your fault because you didn’t ask proper questions like I didn’t ask ANY questions related to her level of expertise, her pretentious arrogance blinded me. Don’t let this happen to you too.
Final Thoughts on The Maggie Mongan Damage!
In conclusion, you’re the co-creator of your life. Your thoughts and actions are the only things you can truly control. So by controlling those two with the tips laid out for you above, you’ll have a better chance of succeeding in whatever endeavor it is you’re embarking on.
The Maggie Mongan Damage is something to become aware of. If you trust, respect, and love someone, they could possibly be that individual who’ll screw you over the fastest.
Don’t view this as something negative, just become aware that these things happen. Be aware that there is truly a real life Maggie Mongan trolling through this world hunting down her next victim – a victim who will probably love and respect her just like I did.
As a result of my misfortune with Maggie Mongan, it set me back a mini fortune and sent me into a downward spiral of self-hatred and depression. The Maggie Mongan Damage theory is real world facts. People like her do really exist. As long as you start becoming aware, thinking things through, improving yourself, and taking precautions, you’ll be just fine!
I learned my Maggie Mongan Damage lesson, have you?
Challenge
Confront the individual taking advantage of you
Confront all of those who are crossing your boundaries
Get a lawyer to verify your Non-Disclosure Agreement is valid and legal
Get a lawyer to verify your Non-Compete Claus is valid and legal
Come up with your own questions to ask your [next] coach to see if they’re actually qualified
Get a mentor with real world results
Surround yourself with self-improvement

What's Business Synergy?
Is your business synergy in sync or disconnected? Here’s options to consider.
What’s Business Synergy?
Business synergy is for Small Businesses too? It was only 15-20 years ago when the term synergy explained how big business collaborates.
You, as a Small Business Owner (SBO), are most likely implementing synergy into your business already. I’m convinced this is the fuel to keep small businesses thriving!
I believe this is how SBOs amplify their business. If you aren’t collaborating you may want to spend some time thinking about how to become more efficient, while simultaneously improving YOUR Business Performance.
Over-simplified, synergy is the concept that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Essentially, this means you get something greater when collaboration occurs.
As you are diving into assessing what YOUR Business needs to succeed, why don’t you assess if there is a synergistic opportunity waiting for you to implement? Chances are you can begin strategizing one with minimal effort.
4 Types of Business Synergy
According to Robert Kreitner, there are 4 Types of Business Synergy: Market, Cost, Technology, and Management (2001, pp. 203 – 205) you can create business synergy in the following four manners to give YOUR Business a competitive advantage.
Market Synergy
This occurs when one product or service strengthens the sales of another. If it is successful, you don’t even think of one without the other.
Example 1: Your (land and/or cell) phone, cable, and internet services are probably bundled.
Once upon this wasn’t the case. AT&T bought up and then bundled these types of services into one product for you.
Example 2: Gas stations and convenience food. (This didn’t exist in the early 1980s.) Many gas stations have snacks to walk out with. Some now have fast-food restaurants within the gas station. Wouldn’t it be boring if you could only get gas at a gas station?
Cost Synergy
This occurs when processes, products, and/or equipment can be used for at least two different situations.
Example 1: A certain brand of cereal could be the name brand OR it’s also packaged as a generic brand.
I know some plant managers of facilities that did this type of production. Exactly the same product, just different packaging for the customer. This instantly minimizes costs and increases profitability for company.
Example 2: Farmers do this every day. Farmers found a way to have their livestock’s waste benefit the production of the crops by utilizing it as manure. Even though this stays in one production system, it does minimize waste removal costs for farmers.
Example 3: Kreitner shares how McDonald’s restaurants provide their used oil to those who are seeking alternatives to fuel.
When McDonald’s do this, they are cutting their used oil disposal costs.
Technology Synergy
This is when a technology is transferring its applications from one to another. It creates new opportunities for profit boosts for all parties.
Example 1: Software Development and coding has shifted from coding for operating platforms to apps. Oh, and let’s not forget video games.
Example 2: Music being multi-purposed from creators to movie themes or even video game scores.
Management Synergy
This occurs when a management team is complementary instead of homogeneous. This ideal situation has minimal to no duplication of skills and capabilities. This is casually dubbed, “Divide and Conquer”.
Example 1: When a management role is good with people and another has excellent financial understandings.
Example 2: A manager is needing assistance or the project may be canceled. Then, another manager appears with the capabilities to fill the gap. If the two work together, they can create something better than what either one could do alone.
The key here is that there’s complementary capabilities with the management team.
Business synergy is a great approach to strategize for long-term success.
Will you implement each of the above immediately? I sure hope not! Why? Each type requires concentrated effort and resources.
Do pick the one synergy type which you believe will have the most impact with the least resources available to you. These synergies don’t happen over night.
Remember this is for long-term success: Make sure your revenue stream is strong before you dive into these fast moving rapids. Selecting the right synergy to implement will improve YOUR Business’s Success Rate.
Feel free to share what business synergy may be your first choice in the comment section!

Mission: Impossible – Fallout: Business Movie Review
“Mission: Impossible – Fallout” movie will teach Small Business Owners business strategies of Relationship Building, Vetting Your Team, & Emotions
Mission: Impossible – Fallout (2018) is another In this installment in the Mission Impossible saga. Ethan Hunt must care for his nemesis he’s previously captured, learn how he isn’t trusted by his organization’s leaders, and is being played with between organizations. Now I know this isn’t anything too new with what we’ve come to expect with such story lines, but this story line is a little different from the norm. New and old demons and players appear on the scene. The story is riveting and will leave you thinking about your personal and professional relationships.
Sometimes, when I hear my clients speak about their business, they describe things as if their business is mysterious and they don’t know who is who and what is what. Sounds a bit like a spies life! Business can be both predictable and a little mysterious. It’s when it becomes too mysterious that I get concerned.
FYI: No spoilers here! Enjoy watching this PG-13 movie. Just when you thought the background locations, chases, and stunts couldn’t get any better – these are. There’s plenty of tips to improve YOUR Business Success !
Mission Impossible – Fallout Business Strategy #1 Relationship Building
Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) is asked to accept another mission which brings his past to the present. While on his mission, he must contend with people and emotions from his past.
Good relationship building is probably even more important if you’re a spy than a business owner. Ethan must always be assessing and trusting who he is encountering. He never knows when he may need the assistance of someone.
Small Business Ownership is filled with relationships. Do you build relationships to withstand time and challenges? How you treat people isn’t forgotten. If people feel you appreciate them, they will do everything in their power to help you. Are you doing everything you can to build strong bonds?
Mission Impossible – Fallout Business Strategy #2 Vetting Your Team/ Business Allies
In his business, Ethan never knows if someone is working for opposing organizations. He must always be gauging who is really on his team to accomplish the same goal and who isn’t.
When you meet potential business allies or teammates your job is to assess if they will advance your mission to fulfill your vision. This isn’t much different than Ethan’s situation. Do you take the time to assure that your people have the appropriate skills and capabilities to do their job effectively?
Mission Impossible – Fallout Business Strategy #3 Emotions – do have their place in business
Throughout the movie we see Ethan work through his emotions while staying on his mission. His eagerness and willingness to complete his mission is undeniable. It’s when he addresses his emotion that he is able to make better decisions.
Do you appropriately honor your emotions? Do you take time to assess how to proceed with your tasks as you honor being an emotional human being? When we slow down, we can honor our head and our heart. Then make decisions which best serve your mission.
Feel free to share in the comment section which one of the Business Strategies from Mission: Impossible – Fallout (2018) movie would serve YOUR Business best right now?

How getting my COVID shot impacted productivity
How getting my COVID shot impacted productivity
When recovering from a COVID shot, you may discover surprises about your business activities.
Getting my COVID Shot created a very unexpected awareness to help me better understand my productivity levels. Being dubbed a productivity expert, this was amazing to notice. I focus, with great attention, on my productivity. Why? I know it’s one of the key places I can control and make a huge difference in my business’s evolution.
Curious what happened? Let’s start at the beginning…
Getting my first COVID shot
I was fortunate enough to learn about a clinic providing shots before the states and nation encouraging everyone. I went to my first appointment rather unexpectedly. Only the night before did I learn I was on the schedule. So I went to the clinic, and everything was fine. Then, it happened! I had a harsh recovery that took 5 days to clear. I was in horrible shape. I was on a critical timeline for some big projects involving be a video host for an upcoming summit. The days were brutal.
I was running a fever, having difficulty breathing, could barely stay awake… and the show must go on! I felt like I was a marionette puppet doll. I would get all propped up for the next show, and then immediately afterward, I would collapse. I did this exhausting routine for four days and needed another two days to recover from not being able to rest enough.
Admittedly, as a Small Business Owner, I have pulled all-nighters for different things, worked over 100 hours in a week more than I should have. Many of us do crazy things, and I’m not here to say I’m a superhero. It’s just the truth of how we show up when we are committed to achieving something.
How did I prepare for my second COVID shot?
When it comes to productivity, I guard my time. When I compromise too much on my schedule, I run into problems.
So I was smarter than the average bear about my second shot. I didn’t schedule anything critical for the week I had it. In fact, I intensely worked the week before accomplishing what needed to occur. It was a great plan. I gave myself the time and space to recover so I could get back to business in an efficient way.
What happened after my second COVID shot?
I went to bed feeling accomplished that I had given myself the cushion I needed if the reaction was like the first. Upon awakening, I wasn’t feeling so well, so I canceled an appointment the day after the shot. I had forewarned them I may need to do this if I wasn’t feeling well. All was good.
I was so proud of making myself a priority – something I work on every day. I called this day after the shot my “slow day.” I promised myself I wasn’t going to turn on my laptop. Success – I didn’t! I promised I wasn’t going to walk into the office. Success – I didn’t! I promised I was going to take it easy. Then it happened.
I was getting text messages—many texts. I chose to answer texts in real-time so they wouldn’t get backed up. Four texts were from friends checking in on me. That was great.
I kept getting messages – lots of them. They just wouldn’t stop! At the end of the day, I was exhausted from all the messages. It seemed nonstop. So I was curious how many texts came in a little less than 10 hours. What’s your guess? I was way off. I had 112 texts. That’s right, 112, subtract the four personal check-ins, and that’s 108 text messages during a typical workday.
Is this high text volume regularly occurring?
Since that day, I’m amazed at what’s occurring with my text volume, which gets buried throughout the day of the normal interactions. I’ve been paying attention to what’s happening this week. I’m having about 30 – 45 texts per day on a low day. Other than that, I’m averaging 63 – 89 texts. That’s a lot of communication and distraction.
Irony? I don’t even like texting! I was reluctant to do it when it started. Unfortunately, now I’m proficient.
I know how to manage my high email volume and have it dialed in well that I’m responsive and block time for it. Yet, texting wasn’t on my radar screen as a huge distractor until I was only with it.
Now I need to research and review my archived text logs to understand if this is the norm. Regardless of what I noticed, it is clear to me I need to make some adjustments, so my texting isn’t eroding my productivity.
Thanks, COVID shot, for helping me find these hidden distractions which are hindering my progress!
Your turn: I invite you to pay more attention to your texting volume during your working hours and find a way to engage with it in time blocks too!

3 Tips from Jellyfish to Smooth Business Performance
Jellyfish can teach small business owners how to smooth business performance.
3 Tips from Jellyfish to Smooth Business Performance
Has your business performance been chopping or sporadic this past year? If so, you aren’t alone AND it doesn’t need to stay this way. Let’s see what we can learn to smooth business performance from an unlikely teacher.
Recently I was reflecting upon a trip we took to the Outer Banks of North Carolina years ago. This was quite the trip. Even though we lived there for almost 5 years, courtesy of the US Marine Corps, we had never been to the Outer Banks (OBX). We remedied this and experienced some really cool things in a far-too-short of a trip. I’d like to share one with you.
It was my experience with jellyfish at the aquarium. I wish I could’ve stayed and watched them for about another hour, but that wasn’t in our plans. My followers know I’m a big fan of nature. I enjoy reflecting upon what our natural world can teach us and transform these observations into business lessons to improve our business performance. Additionally, I know you appreciate this too because my posts about the sales lessons a tomato plant can teach us and observing ants are some of my most-read posts!
Now, we go to the water… What did I learn about business as I watched jellyfish at the aquarium?
Jellyfish Business Tip 1: Adapt
No matter where the tide takes you, stay on course. Being able to adapt will allow you to respond in realtime. Now, keep in mind, you may have an advantage to doing this over jellyfish. After all, you have a brain. We are fully aware of how our brain can snag us into unfavorable approaches, but if used for improvement, it should advance your business performance. Have a plan and build in cushion so you can adapt to the day’s needs.
Jellyfish Business Tip 2: Assess Your Marketplace
The marketplace of the jellyfish is the entire ocean or container (pool) they are able to access. To a business owner, your marketplace is your pool to conduct business. You don’t need the whole ocean to succeed while improving your business performance; however, you do need to understand your environment. The better you understand your marketplace, the less chance you have of getting entangled and ending up in a compromising circumstance. Worse yet, being redirected and fighting for your life on a beach. Take time to assess if you’re swimming in the appropriate marketplace to meet your goals.
Jellyfish Business Tip 3: Ambition
I noticed that when I first observed jellyfish, they seem to be floating effortlessly. Then, I watched them for an extended period of time and noticed how they are consistently working. I believe we have this first impression of jellyfish because they are moving in the water. Even though they are in constant action, they have a sense of graceful fluidity to them. How would you feel if you could be in constant action for a day and experience it as graceful fluidity?
If you haven’t thought about how to smooth your business performance, don’t worry. It’s not a common thought. Yet, uncommon thoughts coupled with uncommon actions tend to produce uncommon (and favorable) results.
Jellyfish being mindful of their environment. Are you being mindful of your business environment?
Action Steps: Infuse these 3 tips for one week and see what type of results you attain. I bet you’ll be performing with greater ease. Then, come back and share your experience or ask questions – we’re here to help you shine brightly!
