As a ler:

Sometimes can be a little merciless

He likes to blow raspberries on the victim's belly, especially Mafia Julie and Mafia Barnaby

He laughs along sometimes when he tickles someone because he thinks it's funny.

Tickles Mafia Poppy the least because he sometimes fail to make her laugh and ends up getting feathers all over the poor Mafia Wally, which makes him uncontrollably laugh, giggle and tear up

Coos at the poor victim in a cute/flirty way

Hugs them and asks them if they are okay after tickles

Sometimes tickle nibbles and pretend to sniff out their tickle spots

Sometimes stops for a few seconds and then tickle them again to make them laugh and curl up more, especially the underarms

If Mafia Wally's fingers get on you, you're doomed

He will put his fingers all over your tickle spots non-stop

If he is merciless, he will tie you up

If he is merciful, he'll let you squirm

Loves to give aftercare after tickling the victim

Gives them too much affection after tickling the victim

Usually sneaks behind people and tickle their sides/belly, belly for Mafia Barnaby and sides for Mafia Julie

Sometimes will/can tickle information out of his victims

He might wants to run after because the victim might get revenge!

If you manage to tie his arms and legs up or pin him down, congratulations, but he'll squirm, squeak and laugh EVEN CRAZIER.

Always uncontrollably laughs, giggles, squeak, and squeal

Getting his waistline/sides will get him to curl up into a ball

Get his sides/waistline and he'll twitch pretty badly

He gets WAYYYY to giggly after tickles and curls up into a ball

Tickling his back will get him to shriek

Tickle tools, such as feathers, hair, spin brushes, will get him to wheezes and cackles, especially on his underarms, when tied up.

*Dies of laughter* He is wayy too ticklish, but sometimes can enjoy it... Maybe.

Blushes too hard sometimes when teasing and tickling

Mafia Howdy will use his 2 arms to grab his wrists while Mafia Wally is dangling and the other 2 arms to tickle his underarms which make him squirm like CRAZY. Mafia Howdy is usually Mafia Wally's tickle machine

Tears up and cries of laughter fast, but it's cute

Mafia Julie and Mafia Barnaby are most likely MERCILIESS on the poor baby Mafia Wally...

Raspberries on Mafia Wally's body and he's screwed.

He'll get revenge on you after getting tickled

Loves aftercare and sometimes falls asleep with them or just gets up and continues their day

Will get defensive and serious if they think it's a good idea to tickle his scars (Sour spot, or just tickles but very uncomfortable)

If he gets held hostage by some enemy/friend/people he knows or doesn't know of his and if Mafia Wally won't say a thing, and if that enemy that knows that Mafia Wally is very ticklish, they'll tie him up to a tickle machine and tickle information out of him and won't stop till he says something. Trust me, he'll get tickled everywhere and be helpless and looking like he's dying of laughter. (His laugh is cute though)

If someone teases him saying: "Tickle, tickle, tickle~" "Coochie-coochie-coo" etc.. He'll laugh even harder because he think's it's funny and embarrassing

He can barely say words between laughter (gibberish like)

If Mafia Wally gets tickled by Mafia Barnaby, he will get revenge by pantsing him in front of his friends but sometimes just tickles him instead

Tries to act aggressive but ends up acting super cute

Usually gets tickled by his friends when he is feeling down

Mafia Sally and Mafia Julie are the dynamic duo to tie Mafia Wally's arms and legs up and tickles the poor baby to death, usually aims for the underarms at the same time.
