I am so happy that I have chosen this church. After a year of singing with this choir and sitting through service, I can say that I have never felt so at "HOME" in a house of worship. I have/continue to struggle with my faith in a higher consciousness. But thanks to Pastor Bart, I can do that in a "SAFE" place; while I continue to look inside for answers with other like minded individuals. Fellowship yesterday after service at #madisonsquarepresbyterianchurch, was fantastic and over the top... Celebrating the 'Diez y Seis de Septiembre' - Mexico's Independence from Spain. We had mole empanadas, posole, a live mariachi, aguas frescas, flan.... So after attending services for most of the last year as a member of the choir, of course by default attending services, I've officially completed the process joining the church. Thank you for the introductions to the church and leadership Kevin, Ron, and Gary. On a side note, Happy birthday to my late friend and mentor; Ron Carols. He was mentioned in the program by several lillies purchased in his memory (sorry no pictures of them to share).
