Having a meeting from the HoS today like.. yeaahhh so the school of physical and chemical sciences might be bringing in increased revenue year on year buuuuut the university is making us cut our budgets and reallocate funds disproportionately to the central university... yeah sorry we are going to pay you less to do more work in demonstrating labs... YIPPEeE
#On top of that. for the lab I am the SOLE DEMONSTRATOR for . the coordinator hasn't even been notified of the changes that will have to be#made. which are BBIG changes to the lab structure.#and she is so fucking disorganised and the lab was so chaotic and Too Much before these new changes#it would be funny if I just refused to demonstrate. like.. what would theu even do?#I am the only environmental analytical chem postgrad who is willing to do it (1/2 ) so what then!!!???#True uni hell
