Inside his Butchery :

I literally love how he has just chucked all the devil meat into a literal bookshelf, like no fridge, no glass case, no nothing , just straight into the shelves.

But then i also noticed the sign at the top which translates to 'Old Meat' apparently , which made it even funnier to me like anything not fresh he just shoved right in there and thats just how you run an institute at the end of the day

2. We got some unintelligible posters, like what are those?? I kept squinting and turning the screen upside down, could literally not tell whatsover

3. Speaking of posters though, in a bonus curse the posters were replaced with a Chidaruma picture and honestly thats the cutest thing ever , big 'i love my boss' energy.

But I need to know the specifics now like was Chidaruma handing pictures, like where did Store get that pic from?

4. At another point also, after Asu was butchered, we had a new posted hand written talking about fresh meat?

So Store can write now??? Is my manic angel bird demon educated? its giving phd

5. Lastly on the point of posters, Store is out there promoting sales - a whole 20% off, he is running a business!!!

6. We got a little ottoman chair, dont want the waiting customer to be standing and getting tired ofc

7. Those horn like things that are all over Hell are also hanging from the ceiling and thats confusing to me cause like was this an active decor decision?

cause i know damn well it didnt come with the property - unless theyre like a sort of flora or fungus idk

8. Hanging helps tenderise the meat, and its a common practice where butchers will hang the animal bodies in fridges and freezers and whatnot, but have you also considered you can just hang it in the middle of your shop, right in the open, over the customer's head?

12. But then on the topic of meat, you also have sausages at a certain point - And im 99% sure Store only deals in Devil Meat (talk about niche market) , so hes just flat out making devil sausages?

Which actually not surprising - his pie chart literally shows how hes working on new releases, I mean we got a mince meat version now! ++ the Niku Strong K that helps with hair loss!

13. Big of him to be worried about keeping devil meat fresh when hes out there storing meat uncovered in room temperature but im not judging

14. Expandable areas -- There's extra rooms to the butchery we havent been shown and now I have to be mad and wonder cause how does this thing live!!!! I need to know!

My guess: guessing he has like an actual meat prep room, plus if hes mincing and making sausages sure he should have a space for that -- I think he also lives there (?) so guessing another extra room could be his room.

15. Extra: Store in a tshirt and a bib - love.

Outside the Butchery :

All these trash bags must be waste, but now I wonder who collects the trash? Does Hell has its own trash collection system?

Also is that a satellite?? Store watches TV? good for him. Actually no surprise there since he has his own channel he stars in (celebrity ⭐️)

Anyways 10/10 , he's doing a great job

Final author note: You know in retrospect, if i was one of the strongest beings in existence that could kill Devils and was the only one thus handlind Devil meat thats so essential to the lifecyle of devils, I also wouldnt give a fuck and a chuck all the meat raw in the shelves - either take it and pay up or leave it , idc

🗂: Do you make moodboards for your fics or blorbos?

I did once. I wasn't really a fan of it though cause I'd never done it. I make cover designs on Microsoft Word. If you look atwhat I posted on my Anselm Vogelweide x OC story, Wolf in Sheep's Clothing, you'll find what I'm talking about. Here's the masterlist. But I do that for my own original fiction and my fanfictions (including the old ones that never got posted anywhere and probably never will cause they're trash).

🎃: Do you write for holiday (Halloween, Christmas, etc) events? If so, what's your favorite work from one of those events?

I never have actually. In fanfiction or original fiction. The closest I've ever come has been a few horror stories or scenes I've written. But nothing for Halloween or anything. I wrote a birthday celebration into a story once. But it wasn't even that. It was "today's your birthday, here are a few gifts" and that was it. I do read holiday fics that other people write. Halloween fics are generally my favorite, but I do love the coziness of Christmas (and similar) stories.

🎵: Do you create playlists for your fics?

All the time. Ish. They're mostly in my head, but I made a bunch on YouTube that I add to all the time, and I made a couple with music I downloaded to my phone. I would have done it on Spotify too, but I wasn't interested in making playlists when I used Spotify, and I stopped using it to protest Joe Rogan's podcast back in 2020. I've only gone back to Spotify once since then and it was to promote a podcast here that someone I know created. So, for the most part, when I make a playlist, it's an actual list of songs I listened to while I wrote the story. Again, there's an example of that on the Wolf in Sheep's Clothing masterlist. (I'm not trying to self promote, I swear. I just went all out for this story because it was the first one I posted here.)

hehehe you got it, bestie brandy 🫡🫶🏻

at first, that photo of bert made me laugh bc he looks extra grumpy but then i was like: wait a minute!!!! i know who else is grumpy!!! 🧠💡 they share a lot of traits when you think about it 🥹

detail-oriented, organized: bert has a very neat display of his bottle cap collection and keeps a detailed record of his paper clip collection. curtis is not the type to rush anything and has a plan to take control of the train.

responsible, supportive: even though bert acts gruff and grumpy, he doesn't hesitate to offer a helping hand and support his friends. plus, he cares for his pet pigeon bernice. bert's constantly reading up on pigeons and i like to think that he learns how to care for her even more through his books 🥺. and curtis is mr. responsible! he's de facto leader of the tail end and revolution for excellent reasons. he's a natural caretaker, a good decision-maker, and him not necessarily wanting to be a leader adds to what makes him a strong one in that he knows what it entails.

serious: they're not very funny guys but that's okay bc everyone loves them regardless! bert is quiet and a not high-energy dude, which is very different than most of the people living on sesame street. curtis doesn't have room for comedic relief, but he wouldn't be very funny even if he could be hehe. i think he can enjoy the humor of others, but knows he's not particularly fun or silly.

if we take curtis off the snowpiercer and plop him into an au or even just an alternate ending, i very much see him as someone with low-key, calm, one-person hobbies like bert has!

-What are some books that have influenced your style?

This is hard because when I was a teen, I really wasn't allowed to read anything except for Christian fiction, so I feel like I kinda missed out on some developmental stuff when it comes to books influencing my style. Reading Lord of the Rings made me want to write fantasy. Some recent things I've read that I really enjoyed and would like to emulate the style of is Six of Crows, The Hunger Games, and Mortal Engines.

Related, I think watching Revenge of the Sith and Winter Soldier fundamentally affected what themes I like to read and write in fiction.

-What's your biggest project?

The Carmilla AU that I'm still working on! So far it's over 82k words across two books and one oneshot, and there's going to be one more book left.

🎵: Do you create playlists for your fics?

Sometimes. Sometimes the playlist is shared with the fic, sometimes it's just for me. The hardest things about playlists though is sometimes I find a really great song for one but it's not available in the format I've made the playlist in. . .looking at you Judas x Phantom of the Opera being only on youtube.

🫖: If you had a tea party with your blorbos you write the most, how would it go?

Ooooh geez. . .first off are we talking currently write or written over all time because . . .well actually I don't know if either of those would be better XD Honestly. . .with my two main current blorbos (Donnie from TMNT and Reggie from JatP) being pizza lovers a pizza party would probably go over a lot better. (If we go back in time and throw my OC blorbo's and Gaz and ZIm from Invader Zim, things would probably only get more chaotic)

I have made a plethora of Julie and the Phantoms moodboards. I once tried to make a moodboard masterpost. . .thing was a mess!! XD TMNT not so much and I think mostly for other peoples fics. That's even including my weird scrapbooking/journaling layouts. They aren't moodboards but I did make headers for my Crash and Burn reader x Donnie series. (edited some free stock photos)
