All she needs to hear is the sound of SNIFFLING and Lenalee’s already hunting for the source. In a room of only a handful of people, it’s not hard to pinpoint who it’s coming from and Lenalee finds that the source of such sad sounds is none other than Allen Walker himself.

“Allen?” she calls gently, laying a hand on his shoulder. “Is everything alright?” 

She gets her answer when he turns, but it’s not what she was expecting. The red nose, the watering eyes... No, he’s not crying, but it’s not much better... “... Are you sick?”
