EMTECH ACTIVITY
Social media has many benefits that have helped families in need. As it was just heard on TV, A boy from madalag aklan is able to his parents make a barbeque stick even though he doesn't have two hands he wants to help.
youtube
There are many benefits ready to help for people who need help found here on social media, a family without their own house in barangay burol looc; occ. Mindoro that their only wish in life is to have their own house even if it's just a hut and the father of their family, Rodgen Amar, fell ill because of the chemicals he inhaled from the factory.
youtube
Social media has many benefits that have helped those in need, just like KMJS helped Jessica Soho find Teresita's real family. Social media really helps Teresita to call online to find out where her real Teresita family.

- Social media are interactive technologies that facilitate the creation and sharing of information, ideas, interests, and other forms of expression through virtual communities and networks. There are many people who can help using social media, Social media is important because many people rely on it, without it we would not have the hope of knowing what we need to know, as we know from TVs, Radios and others that need to be captured information.

Cops nab 4 'most wanted person' in Zambo Norte, Sibugay
#PHnews: Cops nab 4 'most wanted person' in Zambo Norte, Sibugay
ZAMBOANGA CITY--Police arrested in separate law enforcement operations four top most wanted persons in the provinces of Zamboanga del Norte and Zamboanga Sibugay, the chief of the Police Regional Office-9 (PRO-9) said Friday. Brig. Gen. Ronaldo Genaro Ylagan, PRO-9 director, identified the suspects as Elvin Olaja Amalan, 34, Jose Villamor Bation, 61, Sammy Salam Basala, 52, and Ruben Opawon Silim, 25. Ylagan said police served an arrest warrant against Amalan--the top 1 most wanted person in Zamboanga Sibugay-- Thursday morning in Barangay Tugop Muslim, Titay town. Amalan has a standing warrant of arrest for murder, frustrated murder, and arson. He is not allowed by the court to post bail on two of the charges. Bation, meanwhile, was arrested Thursday afternoon in Barangay Del Pilar, Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte. Ylagan said Bation--the top 2 most wanted person in Piñan--has standing warrants of arrest for two counts of rape with no recommended bail. Basala, on the other hand, is the top 5 most wanted person in Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte, who is facing a murder charge. He was arrested Thursday in Barangay Matiag. Police said Silim,--the top 8 most wanted person of Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay--was arrested Thursday in Barangay Madalag, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte. Open Letter No. 16
Ikaw,
I’m really pissed off. I should not think about this but my silence overwhelms me and inside my head are the unspoken words.
I did not intend na dili ka ma-increasan. Wala koy intention na lainon imong buot, kung na-hurt man ka, and basically kana akong nakita sa imo. First of all, wala tay increase. Og tong nihawa atong isa ka-office mate, kelangan nako e segregate iyang trabaho og nagpili kog 3 ka tao na mabutang, og madungagan ilang work na dili jud ilaha. Og wala ta ka gi-apil. And if you ask me in the future, why... because sige kag absent. Sige kag cellphone. Chill lang kaayo ka. Og because of that dili ko makasalig sa imo.
Why would i do that ? I don’t have the prerogatives to do that. I am not the owner of this company. I’m just standing on the function na gihatag sa ako. And that kind issue, wala na gihatag sa ako na directives. Dili na in-line sa akong function.
Sa pagbalik na kog ingon, pissed off ko sa imong gingon na “ mas dako pa silag sweldo kesa sa inyo, luoy pud mo”, and the way you said it, i know you’re trying to sound funny. But I’m not a funny person and I’m not emphatic to your personal issue. Ngano man daw tagaan ta kag special treatment ?
Coz why would i explain myself ? Naa ba koy mali ? Diba that’s beyond your control.
Wala man koy labot ana oy, pero ayaw sad pagpa-importante. don’t be childish. dili naka angayan ana. Let’s grow up. I stick to this coz i’m not on your side, i’m not everybody’s sides. i’m the side of my own and i’m trying to work sa function na gihatag sa ako, nothing more nothing less.
I hope ma okay na ka. hope makita sad nimo imong lacking, para ma-move on ka sa imong life. Hope imong mga kamalian og mga habitual sins, undangon na na nimo, tigulang na ka, and still you’re being immature. I hope dawatun nimo kung unsay naa sa imo, og ma-free unta ka sa tanan secreto na imong ginatago, as you always said to us “ you are a great pretender”. but i say to you, you can’t blind and deceive me. Kapoya ba anang sigeg kag pretend sa whole life nimo.
No hurt feelings anymore for me, my emotions is sealed.

Centralian Star 2018 – The Joy in Giving
By Nestle G. Taala
The Centralian Star (CS) is just one of the many contests and events taking place during the University Day celebration. It started in 2005 during the Centennial Celebration of CPU as a new major contest. Since the organizers, Ms. Dyna Lynn Madalag, the chair of the committee; Marvin Segura and Doriedel Lozanes, CPUR Officials; and the cultural committee, saw that it was well-accepted and enjoyed by spectators, the contest became an annual inclusion in the U-Day.
One area of the said contest called “For a Cause” collects ticket which cost P1.00 each for Popularity Vote (minor award only). The money accumulated on this is utilized for the advocacy program of the CS Committee. Hence, after every CS contest, the committee conducts an outreach program to a certain beneficiary.
This year, the CS Committee together with the CPU Republic and the Community Engagement and Service Learning Center organized an outreach program on January 11, 2019 at the Manaolan Elementary School, Badiangan, Iloilo. The team provided storybooks, sports equipment and a TV monitor to the school which will help teachers enhance the students learning experience. The pupils received hygiene kits as well.
After the outreach, Manaolan Elementary School expressed their gratitude to the CS Team and to the whole CPU community.
