It's Friday!!!! You know what that means??? It's LEG DAY!!!!! 🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊 Post surgery and recovered 😁 that means time to go mega heavy!!! I will need a wheelchair tomorrow... And for the next week 🤣😂 It also means I get a single cheat meal to fuel my leg day gains. I have to say @questnutrition made my year and rocked my life when they came out with Quest Pizza. I am so happy I could cry. Even when getting ready for a show this has become my go to for my cheat. Regular pizza leaves me feeling bleh but this tastes just like real pizza and I feel like I can take on the world. So what is my junk food swap?
