▲ What brought them to roleplay.

Surprisingly, my first instance of roleplay was with some dude who wanted me to roleplay wolves mating. I was like, ten. I noped right the fuck on out of that.

I think two years later, I met a girl who came to be really important to me. We always roleplayed together. She was the kind of partner I am distressed by now: disturbingly possessive. I can’t talk—I can get really fond of my partners. But she didn’t let me roleplay with anyone. Ever. When we split, I didn’t know what to do. So I stopped roleplaying.

I came back because I got back into TF2 and I wanted to know if people actually… you know, roleplayed it. It’s been a hit or miss, but I can’t say being here hasn’t bettered my art. Nor can I say that I haven’t met some people who are really important to me now, while not being fucking deranged. So I’m happy.

I’ve never found myself to be a social creature. Not only do I have massive paranoia, misinterpret things constantly, and try to avoid contact with others, but I just don’t seem to know what to say more often than not. The reason why I am very scarce and hesitant with giving out my personal contact information (Steam, Skype [I don’t even use this shit], etc.) is because I don’t… talk. And I don’t want people thinking it’s them why I don’t talk. I just don’t.

While I’m extremely open, I’m not extremely friendly, if that makes sense. I prefer to message on here, anyway. As of late, with the amount of following and stalking that I have to tolerate (or blow up on), I definitely prefer keeping my distance from people. That’s social anxiety for you—it even affects online relations for me.

The reason why my muse comes off as so open and friendly is because I wish I could be. So when she’s not, I honestly feel I can write her better, but she no longer becomes a therapeutic thing for me. I made this character an opposite to me because I wanted to experience something not relevant to my home life. So every time something like that happens, I feel even less inclined to be here.

I guess what I’m trying to say is uh… sorry for not being social. I wish I was. I also wish my muse wasn’t the way she is now, sometimes. Not the happiness, the friendliness… just I wish some of the experiences she had weren’t so close to home that I’d be comfortable roleplaying her here again.

Also wish I wasn’t the way I was. I want to take compliments without… feeling like the person is just pitying me. I don’t know. I’ll change, someday, I hope. Think.

✿ for an emotion canon- anger:

One of Nate’s forms of anger comes in a reckless, rash version. If he’s talking about doing something and someone says no or that it isn’t possible, well, fuck you, he’s going to do it anyways even if he dies doing it.

Besides being a person who can play many instruments, he’s also pretty skilled with a tattoo machine. He practices on a fairly regular basis on fruits and raw meats.

It has been at least 300 years since the dullahan had last taken a victim to the afterlife, yet he couldn’t be happier about it. The unseele fairy had, instead, found a strange fascination in the humans he took and how fragile they were. Even though his head was severed from his neck, he could survive anything and that fragility drew him towards analyzing the humans from a medical standpoint. It had been at least 300 years since he had first picked up a scalpel, but he still felt the rush of joy he did even now.

Nate’s singing voice isn’t the best and he actually will frequently crack if he starts singing too high. There’s a specific reason for this…

Nate actually lost many friends when he left the medical field in the real world. Since most of them carried on to be doctors and more, he grew very bitter and cut them all off.

Well, he’s asexual… I haven’t officially announced that.

☾ for a sleep canon:

He’s totally one of those people who can fall asleep, and frequently does so, anywhere. But he also deprives himself of sleep if he starts working on something he becomes interested in.

Nate is one of those fake drama death people. He thinks its funny and will sometimes collapse in people’s arms and recite famous death scenes.
