I spent half an hour converting this from System 7 sound -> AIFF -> mp3.
...only to remember that ~~2003~~2001 Tevruden made this into a WAV. ...and 2004 Tev CONVERTED THAT to mp3. This is a better version though. The previous version is only 100KB.
This was done by using MoviePlayer from QuickTime 2.5 on System 7.5.3 to convert the file (Type: sfil/Creator: jBox) to a QuickTime movie.
Then using that QuickTime movie in the same MoviePlayer to convert it to AIFF
Then using ffmpeg on the host computer with the command line of:
ffmpeg -i /Users/tevruden/Documents/Share/\"PhenomeNah\"\ AIFF -f mp3 -acodec libmp3lame -ab 192000 -ar 44100 PhenomeNah.mp3
